will they ever make another tekken tag game cuz it was so cool how you cud do team attacks but in reguler tekkens u can have teams but not do team attacks and u can also play bowling in tekken tag

jinkazama12 will they ever make another tekken tag game cuz it was so cool how you cud do team attacks but in reguler tekkens u can have teams but not do team attacks and u can also play bowling in tekken tag I think they probably won't make another one anytime soon 'cause the last one was characters from 1-3, and if they made one now, there wouldn't be that many characters to add, so it'd be too similar to the first TT...BUT I'm really hoping they make another one somewhere down the line!! ^o^

Tekken Tag to me was just a cheep way to make money by adding in a few new characters and different battle system. I hope they won't do that again. But if they do they could at least make a new story line for it biggrin

Yeah, seems too soon for another novelty title like Tekken Tag, but it'd be fun down the line.

That'd suck One of the reasons to Tekken's superiority is it's characters and carefully they are designed, their backgrounds and everything. If you mixed other characters in Tekken, you'd destroy it. The storyline is what got me interested in the game in the first place and I think it's pretty safe to say I'm not the only one. and just like YuBeR_13 said, imagine Pacman fighting there. how could anyone take it seriously anymore?

But if they do they could at least make a new story line for it biggrin Hmm...I think that's probably a likely reason that they made it (and also I don't quite remember but I have the impression that there was kind of a large time gap between T3 and T4? I could be wrong since I didn't check the dates, but if that's the case maybe they also wanted to put out a game in the middle so that they could stay current in people's minds). One thing I liked about Tag was even though there wasn't a new story (and it was anachronistic), they put in a lot of character interactions that added to the existing story in the other games (like Jin and Xiaoyu, etc.). They might not have been huge additions to the story...but I love stuff like that. ^o^ If they make another tag game down the line, I hope they make it so you don't lose if you just have one person of your team go to zero life...the one thing I would've liked to change about Tag is if you could really fight to the death! (So to speak. ^o^) That way someone wouldn't be able to win if they just happened to be really good at life bar monitoring and juggling chars. ^.^
