Don't see anything wrong with the anatomy, except for that I think the neck is a bit too thin.

The colouring is nice. But I think the inner arms should be shaded a bit darker. In your pic, the light parts of those arms are the same as the light part of the outer arms. The outer arms are more exposed to the light, so they should be lighter. Add more shadow to the inner arms, and everything should be perfect XD
