Basic Plotline and Setting
Basic Plotline;
Five gurls, living in a modern-japanese boarding house/shrine, are taking their time going through elementary/highschool and learning more and more about themselves, and the unique powers each of the gurls themselves possesses, each day. Each of the young ladies had a special super power, almost that of which you’d expect of television super heroes, but the gurls themselves do not use their powers in that way. They’re only young, and the most pressing thing on their minds is simply getting through school with acceptable grades, their not super heroes, they try their best live normal people’s lives, and do as best they can to keep the powers a secret. Whilst some of them try much harder than others to keep these powers secret, they all wish to be able to blend in with normal society, none of them much desire negative media attention and, at a worst to be known as ‘freaks’. The gurls just desire a life like other teenagers.
One night, shortly after the gurls had come together at the boarding house/shrine, one nicknamed “Hinata House” by the local residents, something very odd happened. The young ladies were taking an nice evening off from their studies, getting to know one another, holding the well known Japanese ritual of smoking some baked potatoes in the back yard whilst burning the excess fall leaves, when something strange hit.
Like a flash of light, seconds later all five gurls were lying, strewn about in the yard, not knowing or remembering what had happened, they shrugged off the occurrence and went on with their daily lives as if nothing had happened. However, with time it was easy to see that something indeed had happened, and now each of the gurls were blessed with a unique and exciting super power, each power differentiating from gurl to gurl.
Now, one year since living in the house together, the “Hinata Gurls” have been leading relatively normal lives, or… at least it would seem that way to someone living on the outside of the Hinata house, when in reality, the gurls were all going about their lives in a way very much different than that of other people. Problems with their powers would occur, mischief would ensue, confusions would occur, and arguments would erupt. But in that year the four gurls have grown together and adapted to their lived, far different than anyone else’s, they share all their time with other, their feelings, their secrets, and the five of them have become best friends.
Setting;
The setting of this story is at an antique, beautiful shrine called the “Hinata House”, it’s very old, although in good condition, as it is deemed a national treasure of the country of Japan, being so old and so full of history, the city of Tokyo itself has been paying to keep the old shrine up and running, and, as long as the gurls staying in the house treat the location well and clean up after themselves, they’ve put a permanent use to the house, as a boarding house for young gurls going through schooling at the time. Which seems like a fair purpose.
The shrine itself is a treat for the eyes, adorned with lanterns quipped to suit the season, guarded by beautiful and majestic stone gargoyles with beautiful red singled roves and many an ornate room. Along with such there are personal chambers for each of the gurls, as well as a beautiful dining hall, many trophy rooms, lots of storage area, guest rooms, kitchens, gardens, patios, a greenhouse, and even both indoor and outdoor hot springs, the outdoor set being the true treasure, which is really very roomy with a beautiful design with maples around the pools and torches outlining the edges, a real treat for during good weather.
If you haven’t already guessed, the gurls live in hustling bustling Tokyo in one of the highest-class neighbourhoods.
Hinata House;
Contents;
-12 bedrooms, 5 of them currently occupied by the gurls
- 2 dining halls, one very large with mirrors lining the walls making the hall feel absolutely huge, and one smaller with light shoji screens giving off a comfortable mood to the room
- 1 kitchen, full of some of the best quality appliances, with lots of preparation tables and refrigerators filled with food
- 4 trophy rooms, two on the right wing and two on the left, the ones on the right wing being filled with old heirlooms of unknown value, usually left alone by the occupants, and sometimes observed like artwork, but none of the gurls feel that they have the right to go touching the priceless artefacts. The two on the left wing being turned into that of a library, full of cherry wood book shelves absolutely crammed with books, lots of comfy chairs for reading in, and chessboards for playing with, a beautiful setting with just the right amount of sunlight venting in through the windows
- 6 bathrooms, all fully equipped with clean toilets, showers, smaller bathtubs, and sinks.
- countless empty storage rooms that are filled with old furniture and such things that no one much bothers with anymore
- A recreational room with a big stereo, a fairly sized television, several comfy chairs and even a pool table
- 1 huge, absolutely gorgeous greenhouse stocked full with some of the most amazing Japanese plants including Japanese maples, cherry blossoms and a rare breed of native bamboo. As well as a small bonsai garden, some beautiful rare flowers, weeping willows and trickling yen fountains. Possibly the highlight of the greenhouse being a fairly large koi pond in the middle of the garden, filled with carp, just begging to be fed
- 1 indoor baths, paved with filters, resembling that of an indoor pool, but with an oriental look about it, and always warm
- 1 outdoor baths, with smooth rocks layered on the floor of the baths, and stone patio surrounding the sides of the steaming springs. There are low fountains near the south side of the springs with boiling hot water pouring into the steamy pool, adorable frog statues decorated the springs, and tiki-style torches and incense burning around the pool in several different locations

Violence is allowed. Well, actually, it's almost required in a roleplay like this. Bllood, guts, narsty stuff like that will be a frequent flyer here. So, I'm not going to say to take it easy on the gore, you can make us all puke if you really want, I do remind you to stay in character!

Language!! A BIG issue for me! My computer has psychological problems, or more so, problems with allowing me to view any page containing a little work be all know as duck with an 'f'. It’s not my fault! A net-nanny/cyber-sitter has it out for me, and if you post this word, or any other severe language words that have not yet been tested out by me, not only will I not be able to view the entire page that was on until someone suspends the blocker for me or until you delete your post with a warning. I HAVE kicked out people before for this and I WILL do it again if necessary!
Words like damn and hell are fine, if you must use severe ones like duck with an 'f', please misspell it drastically or blank out the vowels with *'s. If it's needed, I'm sure we can all fill in the blanks.

I have a special request for the gaian avatars in this rp. Usually I despise biased opinion on people and appearances but any avi with the 'cig' equipped will not be permitted to join. I'm sorry but I recently lost a loved one to cancer, completely because of tobacco from cigarettes, and I decided that not only would I, very soon I hope, make a petition to ban the cig, but make sure that none of my friends had the cig. You see, the cig isn't bad itself, it's a pixelated image, but what it stands for is wrong. And there shouldn't've been a cig in the first place, it represents smoking being cool and okay [not to mention in the description of the cig it mentions it as "making you look seexy"] on a site that is for teens. And that just isn't right.

I do prefer it when people don't make large quotes on eachother's roleplay posts, I suppose that in a chat forum that would be acceptable, but one will find that in a roleplay [especially a literate one] the posts tend to get very long, and quoting can become very stretching, a waste of space, to be frank. It's not as if I don't wish for out roleplay to be a large as possible, but that's a cheap way to go about it, hunh? So, please, if it isn't needed please don't be quoting roleplay posts.

Bio; Chun is a very mature gurl, she’s not particularly protective of the other gurls, and while she’s very intelligent in terms of good grades at school, book smarts and talents in intellectual games such as ‘go’, ‘shogi’ and ‘chess’, she is a very self-conscious and low self esteemed person. She isn’t particularly proud of her achievements, nor is she one to ever draw attention to herself. As people go, Chun is one of the quietest types, she seems to just wants people to accept her and to be ‘normal’. She doesn’t like confrontational situations, and feels that she is often inadequate to that of others. Akwardness is a medium for her.
Activities; Chun is in grade 11 at Nyonko High in Tokyo, Japan, where she is easily one of the highest ranked students in academia at the entire school. She is being constantly pursues by the educational aspects and groups of the school wishing for her to be part of them, such as the chess club, and the go club, which won’t accept ‘no’ for an answer. She’s also a peer tutor at school, using it as a good influence for her permanent record, and she is top marks in all of her classes.
At home Chun spends most of her time in the library, she reads for hours on end and plays herself at chess. Secretly she would love to have someone else play with her and read with her but she is far too shy to ask anyone, and she is afraid that she will bother people if she asks them to spend time with her,
Special Powers; Chun has the abilities of self-distortion, mostly just with bring able to erase attributes of herself, both physical and non-physical. She sometimes has a hard time controlling this ability, and when she’s flustered, afraid, or even surprised she can sometimes go from partially invisible to totally invisible. Usually her powers include being able to go entirely invisible, and being able to move through solid objects, “phasing” as some would call it. She can move through walls, floors, and even peoples. Her motto is, “Don’t take us all too serious.”
Family Situation; Chun grew up in mid-city Tokyo, in an apartment building, high up above the crowded streets, up where the air was thick with smoke and only the stars dares to shine. She lived mostly alone, she had a mother, who was far more dedicated to her job than her own daughter, and Chun never heard nor asked about her father. Living this dull, and downright lonely life, she went to school, got very good marks on account of her not being distracted from her studies by things such as friends, never had friends because of her home life, and never grew any self-confidence. Chun would read and write away her days, become more and more lonely as the years went by, until one day her mother, having what could’ve been the first actually conversation with her daughter that Chun could remember, sat down with her daughter and spoke to her about how she should move out and away to a boarding house so that she could go to a top-class high school and leave her workaholic mother to dedicate herself fully to her job. At this, for the longest time Chun felt as though, not only had the people at school, peers and otherwise, rejected her, but now her very own mother didn’t want her around, and had faded into a deep depression. But, somehow through all of that, Chun managed to strike up the courage to go to the boarding house, that, and she just couldn’t refuse complying with whatever her mother asked of her.

Bio; Nina is in the 9th and final grade at Tsuku Achi Elementary in Toyko, Japan. She is the youngest of all of the gurls at Hinata House, but she brings a sense of excitement and life into the place that no one else can so she hardly feels excluded because of her age difference. Being born and raised in Kyoto, she has acquired one of the favour ‘Kyoto accents’ making her not only boisterously cute, but insufferable comedic. She one of the most optimistic people you could ever meet, and she’s always got something new to go on about. She actually believes in setting up parties for the residents of Hinata House so that they can celebrate occasions such as the holidays. She’s also often the glue between relationships between the gurls at the shrine. Nina is a very lovable, huggable character, and she loves to be with people. She never frowns or cries, and is extremely sociable.
Activities; Nina isn’t very involved with school, her marks seem to be average, regardless of the fact that she devotes little to no time to her studies. School comes naturally to her and she maintains a fair average. Nina’s far more interested in parties and special occasions at school, if she had enough of an attention span, she could work as the entire dance committee. But, on her own, she works best, she doesn’t dedicate herself to things, but she can often be found doing the odd protest or fundraisers, she also randomly shows up at school games acting as a makeshift mascot. Nina is always a superb chef who always keeps the hinata house bustling with loads of amazing smells and delicious foods, she’s very talented, not only does Nina organize extravagant parties, but she caters them too! Very unpredictable, Nina is one of the most colourful characters.
Power; Nina’s power is the ability to fly, or levitate. It’s one of the most standard special powers known, whereas she can create the air below her as a helium gas and raise herself, she can also make the air around her push her forwards at various speeds and she can even fly around, rather quickly as well. Her motto is “I can fall down from any height”
Family Situation; In the Japanese city of Kyoto, Nina grew up in a pretty average family arrangement, she had a mother and a father, and even a few siblings to complete the package. She always had lots and lots of social interaction throughout her life, which probably plays a major role in why she is so upbeat and outgoing. After living her entire life in her healthy sized family, she began to feel as though she needed to branch out from her comfortable family setting and go into the world. Being braver, braver than anyone ever expected a 13 years old gurl to be, she applied to a top-class elementary school in Tokyo and offered to stay in a resident boarding house with a handful of gurls far older than her.

Bio; Madison is easily the most calm and reserved of all of the Hinata Gurls. She’s very serious in what she does, tending to the care taking duties of the shrine, practicing her kendo, reading Japanese literature, and always studying hard for the entrance exams to the universities she’s trying out for. She’s a very balanced person and well informed. Originally, when she was 18, she was looking for a job with the city of Tokyo, so they gave her the care of the Hinata house national treasure, so that it could successfully given use as a boarding house for Tokyo students, while at the same time being maintained by someone on campus, as well as having someone at the shine at all times. Changing things up with her work at the shrine, her practice of kendo, and all the studying Madison goes through as she prepares for the days she will finally be admitted to university, she also has formed friendships with the other Hinata Gurls.
And yeah, we’re very aware she hardly looks any older than Chun, in fact, she’s second shortest of the gurls next to Nina, however, small she may be, Madison is 19 and is fully grown. Just… petite.
Activities; As of right now Madison is not attending any school, she usually spends all day at the shrine, or off doing things such as laundry or shopping. She is currently studying hard to the entrance exams to many of the Tokyo Universities; however, her reading sometimes interferes with another of her activities that she reveres in even more importance. Which is her kendo. She is a very effective martial artist, a black belt in both karate and judo, the Japanese martial arts, and she is skilled with many of the native Japanese weapons. She usually wears the formal shrine maiden attire, and is sometimes seen in casual; however, she prefers this look. Being a grown-up with so much on her plate as it is she really doesn’t have time to be considering what to wear each morning.
Super Powers; Madison probably has one of the most unique and complicated abilities out of the gurls, which is her telekinetic abilities. She can move objects with her mind, depending on the size of the object and the amount of which it is to be moved, and is even known to be able to go inside minds, to read them, and even control other people’s actions. To a limit, of course. She never misuses her mind powers, being one of the most mature of the gurls, she needs to keep up a good image. Her motto is “When things are so mysterious.”
Family Situation; Madison grew up in a typical family, with a mother and a father, no siblings were present, which probably was what influenced Madison to become such an introverted and quiet person. She’s much more self-esteemed than Chun, but she is not outgoing at all, she is comfortable with the gurls of the Hinata House, and knows how to speak freely in public if the situation calls, but she isn’t talkative to a point where she could be interpreted as annoying. Back to the family thing. She was raised well, always achieved acceptable marks at school, and was a well-rounded kid growing up, always willing to work and do volunteering around her neighbourhood. Raised in a suburb off main city Tokyo, she moved out at the age of eighteen and that was when Madison began her job with the city at Hinata House.

Bio; Ophelia is a free spirited young gurl. She is very imaginative and unique, always one to seek attention, both at school, in the world, and at Hinata House. A very friendly person, usually someone easy to get along with, that is, as long as she doesn’t get too out-of-hand. Ophelia is both powerful in words as is body. She works out a lot, and she could be very big into sports if she could commit herself better, however, obligations make Ophelia feel trapped, so she avoids dedicating herself to things. She’s very artsy, and enjoys music as well as drama, materialistic art and simply any form of expression, and she’s a very talented person herself. Strong, musically gifted, and very good at videogames. Simply her lack of focus prevents her from succeeding. There isn’t a gurl in all of Hinata House who would disagree that Ophelia’s interesting, just a little scary.
Activities; Ophelia’s list of activates are long and distinguished. She loves to spend long hours playing videos games, listening to music of all sorts, her favourites being J-rock, Alternative, and, surprisingly, Opera. She has a fondness for animals, not an obsession, but she communicates well with them, she even has a pet Chameleon named Albert. Very strange, I know. But, above all of the other activities listed is her favourite thing in the world to do, which is to strap on her streamlined Orange and Blue helmet, head down to the curb, put out her Harley, and go for a speedy ride around Tokyo. Her life is on her motorcycle, which, oddly enough, she hasn’t named, but merely just calls her ‘baby’, nothing makes Ophelia feel more alive than to whip down a highway on her slick motorbike. Which, praise be to god, she can legally drive now that she FINALLY passed her driving test. Perhaps the most interesting activity Ophelia exercises is the action of not going to school. Oh she’s enrolled in Nyonko high, and she’s signed up for the classes, but when you’ve got a Playstation 2 and a fully loaded motorbike who has time for school? Or at least that’s Ophelia’s motto.
Super Powers; Ophelia possesses one of the most typical of super powers, it goes perfectly with her ‘need for speed’ lifestyle. That’s right, super speed. She can go from 0 to 120 in .5 seconds flat. She can scorch her sneakers on a dry day. She even claims the ability to tear it up over water. There’s no telling how fast Ophelia can go, and how oh how will she ever stop?! Her motto is; “I learn to run the speed of light.”
Family Situation; Ophelia was raised in a shrine, not unlike that of the Hinata Boarding house, a good ways into the Japanese countryside, southwest of Tokyo city. There she grew up with the works, a mother and a father, as well as close living relations with her grandparents, several of her aunts and uncles and their children, and many others who tied into the family. At this home she and her family, constantly dedicated to working at the shrine, performing religious duties, living the life of close family contact and honour with ancestors, was her life. She grew up there, working as an apprentice priestess at her parents will, but it was very clear to Ophelia that she wasn’t happy there. When she reached 15, normally the time when she would have graduated to a fully-fledged shrine maiden/priestess, she decided she wanted to take a different route and Ophelia spoke to her parents about going into Tokyo city and getting a job at a shrine, whilst still going to high school. At first her parents were sceptical, and they didn’t like the idea of their daughter taking a different route than generations of family before her, but the promise of Hinata House being a legitimate and active shrine persuaded them to allow her to go. At this rate in time Ophelia is writing often to her parents back in the countryside, to rest their worries and keep them satisfied, she is currently trying to create the image that Ophelia is one of the women working with the shrine duties, when really that is Madison’s job and Madison’ alone, but it is working and is probably one of the only reasons Ophelia remains at Hinata house.

Bio; Sora is the middle age/middle sized gurl in all of Hinata House. She’s quite fun and has an enigmatic personality, laced with over-dramaticy and outburst of epic proportions. Not only that but Sora is probably the most intriguing of all of the gurls at Hinata house, perhaps even more of than than Nina, she’s spontaneous, peppy, strong, stubborn, difficult and cheery. She’s easy to get along with if you stay on her good side, and she’s very entertaining, a good person, for sure, a friend of the animals to say the least. She won’t eat meat, however Sora has no problem with gorging herself on fatty potato chips and cream filled doughnuts.
Activities; Sora has a great deal of activities, ranging in many different kinds, she likes to read a lot, however… mostly just comic books shoved inside the covers of ‘intelligent’ looking books. She likes to go to school, but mostly just so that she can chat with her friends, put off her homework and even play pranks on the students and teachers. Sora likes sports of all kinds, especially soccer, however she has the hardest time succeeding at them without loosing her temper and letting her powers get out of hand. At school she achieves… crap marks at best. She can’t stay awake in Geography, History is too deep for her, she can’t understand a lick of Biology, she keeps blowing up things in Chemistry, she frightens everyone else in Physcial Ed., she’s too dramatic for Drama, too musical for Music, and makes a horrible mess in Art class. The worst being out of all the above, is most definitely math class, in which she actually had to wear a cone hat to attend, she fails every math test, gets angry at her sudoku puzzles, neglects her math homework and her teacher actually has to wonder if she can count past ten without removing her shoes.
Apart from this, her school life is acceptable, she has her friends Chun and Ophelia with her during lunch and some of her classes, and she’s always in on the activities at school, like dances and fundraisers, so her social life, good, and her studies, crap. Just plain crap.
Super Powers; Sora’s super power is the big daddy of all super powers, that’s right folks, super human strength. She can pick up a bus with her pinkie, make craters with her fist, pull trees out by their roots, and kick a soccer ball from here to the moon. She’s got absolutely gargantuan strength, and no one can best her at arm wrestling.
Family Situation; Sora has what could be the most interesting childhood out of all of the other gurls, sadder than Chun's, more dramatic than Madison’s and Nina’s put together, and more liberated than Ophelia’s. Sora can’t remember her parents, the last time she saw them she must’ve been 6 or 7 years old, then, the unfortunate happened, and both her parents were tragically killed in a car . At the time no one can doubt that this even would’ve traumatized Sora deeply, but being 10 years past that now the event rarely haunts her, she can barely remember them anyway. At 7, she was placed in an orphanage in Tokyo city, where she spent up to the age of 15 at. At this orphanage she made friends, settled down and made a home for herself, she was happy there, not… entirely happy, having to live with strict rules and dealing with children far younger than herself, not to mention the fact that she did and always would miss her parents, but regardless Sora felt pretty content at the orphanage. Then, at the age of 15, she was approached by the caretakers at the orphanage, asking her if she’d like a once in a lifetime opportunity to go and live at the Hinata house boarding shrine, where she could attend one of Tokyo’s top high schools, and achieve things she’d never have been able to as an orphan. Her marks weren’t impressive, but, luckily, one of the main ladies in charge of the orphanage, Owari-sama, one whom she still keep in contact with via email and letters, was very fond of Sora, and wanted her to have a chance. So it was all decided! Sora packed up her few belongings, gave a few teary goodbyes and headed off to the Hinata House!

Bio; Kyo is a very particular person, he isn’t one of the gurls, and he doesn’t live at Hinata house with them, he actually knows the gurls from Nyonko High, which he also attends. He made friend with the gurls at a slow pace, mostly because of his relationship to Kichiro [see below], because for his hot, c*cky attitude, he’s always been somewhat of a nuisance to the Hinata gurls, they don’t dislike him, but Kyo gets in their face a lot, he also comes off as having a bad attitude with most people, when really he just likes to argue. He also is prone to comments disregarding others, making him seem self-centered. Kyo is a rather intelligent, school-wise, boy, as he seems to achieve good grades, which he rubs into Sora’s face at every oppurotunity, he is also involved in sports at the highschool he shares with Sora, Chun and Ophelia, he is one of the most talented members of the soccer team, and a high scorer in both football and basketball, which is understandable, seeing his competitive nature. He never goes anywhere without his best friend and comrade Kichiro, and often goes back to Hinata house with the gurls after school is over, his excuse is that he wants to study, but usually he just lies around there, making messes and causing trouble, and whilst the gurls often enjoy his company, they also comment that he is ‘annoying and a nuisance’. He is not aware of the gurls ‘super powers’ but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have his suspicions, there are plenty of close shaves.
Super Powers; Kyo doesn’t have any obvious super-human-powers, and, as far as the gurls know, he is perfectly normal, atleast… physically. Although, as the story progresses, it becomes apparent that he has a special something about him, like another person inside of him just waiting to get out.
Family Situations; Kyo will be one of the most imaginative characters to play, and probably one of the most fun because of the mysterious nature about him, from the dark power lying within that even he himself does not fully understand, to the family that he keeps to himself. He has mentioned to the gurls, upon request, that he has a mother and a father, but usually leaves it at that. They’ve also never been to his house, many times now the gurls have requested that, instead of going straight to the Hinata house after school, they could go to see where Kyo lives, however, he has blatantly refuse this many times now, so the gurls have never actually seen where Kyo lives, and what sort of living situation he has.

Bio; Kichiro is a very friendly and congenial person. He also goes to Nyonko High School with Chun, Ophelia, and Sora. There he is one of the top Academic students, he can’t compete with Chun’s high intelligence, but he doesn’t wish to anyway, he merely achieves such high marks because of his dedication and logic in understanding school and the way it works. You put work in front of him, he does it, simple as that. In the way of activities at the school, Kichiro is always being pursued by intellectual associations, such as the ‘reach for the top’ and the ‘go’ club, but, although he enjoys playing such games like ‘trivia’ and ‘go’ for leisure, he isn’t interested in dedicating a large portion of his time to them. Also, Kichiro has never tired out for a sports team before, but everytime he is in the P.E. class, he demonstrates talent and potential, and has been confronted about joining a team, but he always politely refuses. Alongside with being polite, friendly, cofident, smart, and physically fit, he is also a very good friend and side-kick to Kyo, whom he is almost always tagging along behind. He almost seems like the better half to his hot tempered friend, for he is always there, to back up his friend, with a confident smile, and the utmost manners, always cool and yet, comforting. It’s been supposed that Kichiro is one who is impossible to get angry with.
Super Powers; If being ‘prince charming’ is a super power, than Kichiro’s got that one all wrapped other, other than that, no, he’s perfectly normal. Amazing, but normal. ^^
Family Situation; He family situation is very much like that of Ophelia, which is mostly likely because of that fact that he shares it with her. He grew up in a shrine outside Tokyo, the very same as Ophelia, performing and learning the pirest’s ways, growing up, learning traditional Japanese prayers and rites, and never being to hesistant to comply. He was content with his purpose gorwing up, and was always responsible in his work, unlike that of his cousin, Ophelia, who was always shirking off her duties, and hightailing it off to do something, anything else. He has very high expectations, and promise within him. However, a short while after Ophelia left, Kichiro decided that he’d like to do the same as her, and go into the Nyonko high school into Tokyo, where he though he could seek higher education, and be with his cousin, whom he’d a certain fondness towards. Being the ‘responsible’ one of the two, he was given permission to go right away, and he still returns home to the shrine everyday. It’s a long busride back out to the Japanese countryside to go home for the night, but Kichiro takes the trip without ever casting a complaint. He spends his daytime in Tokyo, and his evenings and the odd weekend at home, at the shrine.
Already formed relationships;
Sora, Ophelia, and Chun;
These three gurls are particulairy tight, and, regardless of Sora’s over-enthusiasm, Ophelia’s ‘anything goes’ attitude, and Chun’s shy and enclosed nature, their differences are overpowered by the amount of time they spend together. Going to and from school, classes inside school, studying together, and even in the home, because of their bond, the three are constantly attracted to each other. Like a sister-hood bond.
Madison and Nina; A relationship that reminds me of Kotoko and Su from Love Hina, those two, being naturally out cast by the other three, who all share their weekdays together no matter what, have naturally drawn to one another. They’re also perfect opposites. Madison is calm, cool, and serious, very reliable and responsible. Nina is excitable, perky and energized, very spontaneous and zany. The two cancel each other out perfectly.
Nina and Everyone;
Nina is crazy. To put it simply, and one one can ignore her charm, not even Chun can lose her temper with Nina. She’s here, she’s there, she’s everywhere, and you HAVE to love her. Not only that, but she organizes the Hinata House events, she’s the natural hostess, with cooking talents that could knock the sock offa the queen of england’s refined tastebuds. Sure, she’s zany to the max [to quote animaniacs], but she’s so friendly, you can’t resist her for long. Even Kyo finds her enetertaining.
Sora and Kyo;
Bitter rivals to the end. Whilst with Madison and Nina, opposites attract, with Sora and Kyo, alikes repel. They’re both rather big-headed. Full of themselves, energetic with attitudes, and HAAAATE to be wrong. So the two of them clash like peanut butter and mustard. They prank one another, make mean comments, tease one another, compete at every oppurotunity, and will probably end up in love in the end.
Ophelia and Kichiro;
Those two are quite good together. Not only did they grow up side-by-side, but they have been friends since they were both very young. They went through childhood in the same environment, dealing with the same things, so the two truly understand one another, and get along quite well. Also, not to mention, they two have been arranged to be married by their parents before they were even born. Yes, it was inbreeding, seeing as they two are cousins, but, for their ancestry line, that was normal, and the two grew up knowing about the marriage. In the young years it didn’t bother either because they didn’t really understand it, but as they entered teen years, it began to sink into their minds. Kichiro was uncomfortable about the idea, and Ophelia downright rejected it, mostly because of the fact that she has always had such a strong feeling of independence, she would NEVER let anyone choose her marriage for her. The two are still friends, and although the betrothal has not completely evaporated, it is laid aside now and they two are pretty free now.
Chun and Madison; Although it would make the most sense for the teacher/student relationship to be between Ohpelia and Madison, it is hardly that. Ophelia had told her parents that she intended to continue studying on in her priestess/shrine maiden ways, and is still emailing them from time to time, fibbing on about how she trains with Madison everyday, when really she doesn’t give the slightest care in such things, really, it’s Chun that looks up to Madison as a teacher. Even if that is, in fact, looking down at Madison, seeing as how Maddie is a good bit shorter than Chun. However, Chun respects Madison’s abilities, and wants to learn morn from her. She even goes so far as to add the honourific sensai/senpa to the end of Madison’s name from time to time.
Sora and Ophelia; The two are already close because of the fact they they both go to the same highschool, along with Chun, but the two share similar tastes, and naturally draw together. Sora is energetic, or energetic enough to keep up with Opheliam and Ophelia can always back up Sora in one of their hair-brained ideas. Another big factor playing is that Sora is one of the only people will actually go motorbiking along with her, Chun is too afraid, Madison simply doesn’t feel the need, and no one is stupid enough to let Nina unto a motorized vehicle.
Kyo and Kichiro; Buddies to the end, you can't find either one without the other tagging along, which is good too, with 5 women those two boys need to cling to one another to survive. Out of the two, Kyo usually leads the way, and Kichiro follows, that's not to say Kicgiro is second fiddle, he just doesn't fancy taking the lead, and Kyo likes to allways have some sort of dependable source backing up his side.

Sora had never been to a western-styled community before, so walking around with silent 'Oooo's and 'Ahhh's pouring out of her mouth was no surprise to her, but the regulars stared at her in an aqward fashion and passed her without so much as a word, but more-or-less no less than three backwards glances.
Emerging from the little village to the roads or Tokyo again, Sora hadn't relized how late it was. The sun was setting, and the last day of summer vacation was coming to a close... Sora sighed sadly. She was cursed as a retard, but blessed that she was a wonderfull pys-ed student. The only way she would ever make it to university was through her sports, which was why most of her subjects now revolved around sports; Excluding math, english, and ancient history.
A second sad sigh brought her to trudge to the sub-way. She had spent the whole day running around, shopping, and having as much fun as possible. She had everything she would need for the next year in all the bags she could carry. Now she stood on a sub-way train, holding onto a strap above her head. She exited the train and watched as the sun set as she trudged on a high hill over a small river. Sora lifted her head with a huge grin on her face, one more night, and everything would go back to the fun days of school-life. Third-year was fast approaching, and Sora made sure she was ready for everything...
...Except school.
