Teletubbies, because when you crawl in completely hammered at 7am all you can understand is 'eh oh'.

Doodle Do, because the glove puppet stick is seriously creepy.

Theres your answers. Of course the logical answer is people don't like growing up and watching these programs helps them to relive their childhood.

Personally, I say bring back Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors (Written by Micheal J. Strachvenski no less), Visionairies and Knightmare. They were quality kids shows that could be enjoyed by everyone of any age.
