Hey all others. Also, this RPG is suppose to go by the story-line. Gaara becomes 5th kazekage and is a good guy. You must be way behind.

I just read the rules and no you cannot be Gaara and get the Shukaku, here's the rules copied and pasted below-

1. No Trademarked Naruto Characters.
Basically you can make up a new name even your own clans, but no already TM characters. The reason is I might use them for NPC's during a quest for you and your characters. Also the problem then of originality is tossed out the window. However if you wanted a character like Hyuuga Neji, you can make a character from the Hyuuga clan, just don't use Neji himself. You just make up a new name for the character and play on.

2. All Character Need To Be Registered.
Everyone must be Assigned to a village and be active,
to join a village simply post your RPG profile on the village

Bio: An orphan girl who trained herself in ninjutsu since the early age before becoming a student to the Ninja Academy. Skilled wind manipulator, she can control her chakra with ease, but both her chakra and stamina are very limited.
Her personality is somewhat close to Naruto's. She's stubborn, hyper, and gets excited over almost anything. Like Naruto, she dreams on becoming the Kazekage, and also treats Gaara pretty much like Naruto treats Tsunade. After graduating in the Academy, her main goal is to start her "career" as the future Kazekage, becoming Gaara's assistent. For that, she's willing to try and get as strong as she can, and, of course, not leaving the poor Godaime Kazekage alone.

Basically of Kaguya clan but grew up in the sand village. Family lived happily dispite discrimination. Fights to gain respect from the sand village for his family. Prefers to fight close range.

Socially, Desmund is Shy and Timid. Can hardly interact with other student in the academy. In missions though, he becomes focused and composed; generating an aura of confidence that almost intmidates foes and boost ally morale.

As a Jounin, he has difficulty reaching out to his students. He still finds himself shy to even begin teaching. Still, he does his best to do so, and still gets results.

-- Shunshin no Jutsu - "Body Flicker Technique" -- User seems to appear or disappear in an instant by using elements surrounding him.
-- Mikazuki no Mai - "Dance of the Crescent Moon" -- Creates 3 clones which attacks with the user in a sword-dance pattern. (short range)
-- Kuchiyose: Kirikiri Mai - "Summoning: Quick Beheading Dance" -- User summons Kamatari, a sickle-carrying weasel, which uses very strong winds to cut targets. (any range)

Bio:

Born out as a product of experimentation, Seiki (short for Kokuyouseki) lived all his life inside a laboratory hidden deep beneath Suna.

The project was launched as an alternate plan to Gaara. While Gaara housed the demon Shukkakku, the initial premise of the project was to fuse human DNA with chakra and the mystical sands that was collected from the demon Shukkaku.

They failed 100 times. Until the process was implemented on baby no. 101.

Pleased with the results, the specialists named him Kokuyouseki, which means Obsidian, characterized by the black sand that often trails behind the baby.

Having survived the initial stages of development, they introduced growth-enhancing jutsus on the child, to see if he would still be able to control the tremendous chakra trying to consume him.

The latest attack on Suna, where Gaara's last attempt to save the entire village cost him Shukkakku, has lead to the debate as to what Seiki's use to the village was.

The council has decided that Seiki was to be put under training, to hone his skills, to lend his abilities to the village of Suna.


Seiki is very timid, and is easly startled by noises, as he is used to the quiet hum of the laboratory vats. But he is very much interested in the outside world, often seen chasing cats and dogs and even birds, to the astonishment of onlookers.

On appearance Seiki is shy, but he often smiles and loves to hear people laugh.

Seiki also loves to watch cartoons, and to draw. He also loves sweets and looking at sunsets.

He also loves wearing hats. His favorite hat is an OMFG.

Seiki still isnt very fond of combat. His jutsus are mostly comprised of defensive and long-ranged types. But he strives hard to train in hand-to-hand combat with his sensei.

Ninjutsu:

Fukyuu - "Rot" - a jutsu that transforms an area of land into tar. slows and immobilizes opponents - any range

Fukyuu Shigure - Rot Drizzle - gathers the tar up in the air and targets it on an opponent.

Ryusa Bakuryu (Quicksand in the Style of a Waterfall) - much like Gaara's but the sand is replaced by tar. This technique moves tar in the likeness of an ocean wave towards the enemy, covering and "drowning" them in a black ocean.

Fukyuu no Tate - Sheild of Rot - much like Sheild of Sand that Gaara uses but its black and muddy. Regardless of his own will, this jutsu automatically surrounds and protects Seiki from incoming attacks. Capable of withstanding considerably strong attacks and projectiles, this shield is stronger than steel. It can be defeated by avoiding it completely with extremely high speed attacks, or merely overcoming the shield with extreme brute force. - short range

Sunaarashi - Sandstorm - this jutsu allows the caster to manipuilate the winds around him and form a powerful sandstorm to blow away projectiles and oncoming attackers. If caster looses control due to chakra loss, as this jutsu consumes large amounts of chakra to maintain, the sandstorm could be devastating.

Seiki still hasnt learnt any Genjutsu or Taijutsu yet.
