I thought all black mages looks like Vivi in FF9. Likee, err, like all other black mages too, y'know, the others who look like Vivi.. And those.. Black Waltz-things? Or then it's like what Faith_Girl said. Can't remember well.

And Vivi's just a little boy, he can't be so strong. Vivi's cute! >w<

I don't think he is, but I've never played FF9 so I wouldn't know. He sure is adorable though. ^^

I never played ff9, but I know that's where he came from, but I dont really know anything more about him. hmm, I havent checked his bio information, maybe that could help you out? And he's not a nobody, he's from ff9, so he's a somebody, just not human.

I haven't beat FF9 yet, but I don't think he's really the same person he is in KH than he is in FF9.

But all around he's a Black Mage, which is a Final Fantasy species. They're human-esque, but they aren't technically humans. They're...black mages. That's sort of a species in itself. I think.

Ff9's Vivi, he's a black mage for sure....Though I wouldn't think of him as human...Though anythings possible.

yea, well most of the characters taken from the ff games for kh arent exactly the same. Like how wakka and tidus were all little in the first one, and had the same names, but they were really nothing like the ones in the ffx game.

Vivi is a artificially created doll (for lack of a better word) that one day became aware. I'm still playing through FF9, so I don't know the whole story . . . but he is not quite so child-like in FF9. They changed him for KH. That made me sad . . .Vivi was one bad a** black mage in 9.
