Ahh yes, so I'm going to an anime con in about 2-3 weeks, but I forgot about it so I'm not prepared at all x___x bad part is I still have armor, a sword and wigs to put together -dies- yeah I'm in big trouble...now my friend told me to use thermoplastic to make my sword, yet I have no idea how to find or use it for that matter x__x.
Any tips or help on where to find this stuff would be greatly appreciated XP

I know of one particular brand of thermoplastic that's pretty good called wonderflex. You can order it off the internet and find it by typing it into google.
