I've been to see Cats, which was amazing. I'd never thought I'd get to see Cats because it was canceled in the 90's or something. It was fantastic, strobe lights, smoke machines, and audience interaction.
I think Rock Operas fit into the musicals category.
My favourite rock operas are... Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band, Tommy by The Who, Phantom Of the Opera (newest one) and Hair.
My mom also dragged me along to the Opera once to see Carmen. I was surprised, I knew most of the music. Then she pointed out to me that it's commonly heard in cartoons. Boy, was I rolling my eyes. It was alright, the subtitles were all off because it was a dress rehearsal, but I started to fall asleep; some of the scenes just went on and on.

I'm going to see Hairspray & West Side Story this summer. Not on Broadway, but some random production thingy. It'll be neat 3nodding

I've never been to see one.
I was in the school musical though.
Oh wait, I watched high school musical on Disney channel. That doesn't count lol

Ive never seen a real one, but ive seen high school ones xD my high school i went to did great plays. This years was A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum. xd It was awsome xd

Lets see....I've been to cats, westside story, phantom of the opera, Les Miserables, annie, wicked, and lots more
For anyone wanting to see a musica, I highly recommend cats, phantom of the opera, wicked and most of all Les Miserables.

I'm a musical fanatic, I've seen Les Miserables, We Will Rock You (good timing on my part, we managed to see Brian May!!!), Wicked, Phantom of the Opera and Evita. My fav is Les Mis, as geeky as this sounds I collect cast recordings, and I'm planning on going to London to see it again this Summer. heart

I'd go see ita gain and again and again if I could.
I also want to see Phantom of the Opera, I loved the film. And would love to see it being performed biggrin
