Guild Meet up Thread :

This is the official Meet up thread for the guild . This is because most guild members don't really see THAT much of each other , so this is a way to bring the guild together, and have some get together chats. In the Evergleam thread that was before the guild , because we were all in one thread we had a lot of fun event type things where we hung out and chatted , we even had a PJ party once. These dates will be choosen on the responses in the polls I get from YOU guys .Some dates will be just plain meet ups and chats and others will be themed in some way. I don't ask for future commitment to come to all meet ups , all I ask is that you try your best to attend them , if you can't ,you can't.
FAQS:
Who's the planner? : I am , so you can either PM me or my mule , A Single Red Rose with any questions
What is the purpose of these meet ups?: So guild members can come together and get to know each other, which is the feeling of community that the Evergleam thread before the guild had .
Where will these meet ups take place?: These will take place in the main forum of this guild , each meet up will get a new thread ,that will be clearly marked.
When will these take place? : Each date is chosen either that month or the month before , by a poll I leave up to see what day and time the most people are available to come.
How will I know when to vote for the next date? : I usually set up a poll after the latest meet up and try to leave it up for a couple days , I start out more general , then once I know the general when people are available, I set up a more specific poll.

July 13th 6pm to 8pm
August 2nd from 6pm to 8pm
Saturday August 18 afternoon (2pm to 4 pm CST)
Wednesday September 19th evening( 6pm to 8pm CST)
Friday October 26th evening ( 6pm to 8pm CST)
Saturday December 1st evening ( 6pm to 8pm CST)
Sunday October 5th evening (6pm to 8pm CST)

Relating to PMs from me about meet ups :
To people who have shown interest about getting guild meet up PMs, will be sent a message a few days ahead of the meet up , with it time zone converted to the timezones shown below, I will also send PMs to them asking them to vote in the poll about meet ups when I don't seem to be getting enough feedback and there maybe be other PMs relating to the meet ups sent in the future.

Well you know I'm all for it LL.

If we have one this month I'm booked pretty solid throughout the weekends and this weekend I'll be out of town as well as the 21st through the 24th.

During the week I'm usually available anytime after 6:30 central time.

I'm sure we can all try to come up with some time we can meet mrgreen We used to get together at the same times before after all lol.

Hmm, a worthwhile proposal! But it's going to be hard finding a right time to meet up with you lovelies! (I probably live on the other side of you all and I have work and such. Depending on the time zone I don't know if I'll be able to make the one on friday, but I may be able to make the one on the 1st.
