I must disagree, the most recent Spiderman 3 had me crying at the end.

Not only has Sam Raimi directed the 3 Spiderman movies, he has also directed the Xena Warrior princess series which aired on SciFi for the longest time, so he does have some credentials in fantasy genre film making.
I look forward to the first series, as you all well know, he's going to do the rest of it as well, I'm sure.
I'm eager to see how well, or how poorly he did things.
I guess we shall all see. ^^

I'm pretty sure that your 'observation' has already been well observed and discussed prior to this thread, mister demondude. It is, in fact, a miniseries and there was nothing wrong with the first two Spiderman movies. They were excellent. The third.....eh....could go either way, it had its ups and downs.

But just the fact that SOT as a miniseries on Sci-Fi is invitation to disaster. I'm sweating heavily how it will come out, whether or not it will ruin my own understanding and views inside the world of SOT.

I just hope the action sequences aren't as corny as the Xena ones were. Like when she'd 'throw' the chakram and the camera would quickly go to the board or wall or whatever and show the chakram that was pre-glued to the surface. n.n;

They ought to have good effects and stuff.

The good thing about a series is this:

In a movie they can't put all the details or scenes the movie would have. In a series they can. :3 That's the perk I see in it. n.n

Your not supposed to let anyone know!?!? I'm pretty sure a Guild Forum is one of the worst places to say anything abot it. There may only be a few people here who post (maybe like 15 people?) but i'd bet a lot that people still might read these threads . There's a lot of people in this Guild, and i don't think you would be stupid enough to do something like that.
