Personally..I would take care of my credit card bills and stuff.
Save some in the bank.
Donate a generous portion.

Well after taxes, you'd probably come back with under 2 million.

I'd pay for college, get a nice house for my boyfriend and I, then just use the rest to pay for bills and stuff you need daily, that type of thing.

Now if I won a bigger lotto, Say 8-10mil+ I would go to college, get a really nice house for my boyfriend and I, spoil us both with cool stuff, then donate a nice chunk to a charities. Then use the rest to live in luxury with my lover and of course pay bills and survive. ;D

i would only receive like 1.7 (taxes)

i would give my parents 700,000 of it just to get the house fully paid off, buy the RV they want, and have the rest settle in the bank.

the rest i would...

$125,000 would rest in the bank for college
$200,000 would sit in another account for getting my life started
$100,000 would be invested in stocks
$400,000 would be for a nice house
$25,000 sit in an account for my children's college
$25,000 sit in an account for a good wedding

as for the rest im not sure ninja
