OOOOO! I have one, I've been thinking about this one for a while, it's really sick.
Okay so someone is held down and tortured until their screaming is really bad, the the person cut their tongue out, and tortures them more while they choke to death on their own blood.
That would really suck.

kyo-yoo - The Silent Hostile - getting stabbed a dozen times(while still alive) then getting shot(while still alive) then getting drowned. neutral feeling all the pain and when in the water the pressure will open up all the gashes and cuts then you die things from saw is scary how bout stabbed?needled?drowned?castrated?and still being alive.Until they cut off your head xp .never piss off the Czar! twisted but you will be dead by then

probably anything slow or painfull or, if anyone here has seen disturbia, the way the father dies in the beginning would be terrible, I think it would be the worst to have someone close to you or that you love kill you...

i guess um......drowning.... like, ur in a big bath full of hot water, and there is this GIANT HEAVY wood on top of the bath, and ur arms and legs are tied.......so u cant move at all...just.....sowly....die....

Sno_Sno_Pandy822 i guess um......drowning.... like, ur in a big bath full of hot water, and there is this GIANT HEAVY wood on top of the bath, and ur arms and legs are tied.......so u cant move at all...just.....sowly....die.... this isnt a WAY to die, but i just wanna say this. my grandpa died, when i was 9, like, a week before christmas, so my dad had to go to his funeral in japan, so i had a horrible christmas. my grandpa died, and my dad wasnt there. it was a sad christmas

My worst fear of dying? Drowning. My god that'd be horrible, you sitting in still water waiting to die. Then you run out of air and you just sit there gasping for air. Then you finally die due to intake of water. Anything slow and painful would be horrible. I'd prefer that a freakin hitman came up behind me now and stuck a syranage in my freakin neck. Yeah...so I'd die without pain...just instantly.
