Both Fallout 3 and Left 4 Dead are pretty good, but I suppose Fallout 3 has more exploration and more mutant variation... I suppose you'll find out soon enough, though.

I hope it has more variation than Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion... It was made by the same guys. It probably had less than 10 different monsters... um... Rats, goblins, bears, wolves, alligator dudes, spider chicks, fire/ice/lightning elementals, minotaurs, trolls... and humanoids... that's it. Oh, yeah... I forgot the skeletons, zombies, and wraiths... but they're only in crypts. Oh yeah, and cougars... but still... only 14 different monsters in the entire game... And there was absolutely no variation on how they looked... except for some of the humanoids.

That's not enough for an RPG in my opinion... It got very boring after awhile, because most of the areas only included the spider chicks, one of the elementals, the alligator dudes and some humanoids... It was very repetitive.

Ack~! Oblivion IV was ghastly.. After you've seen one gloomy generic gloomy cave/crypt/fort/castle, you've seen them all... Lol, and there were only 3 various attacks.. lol ...

Ah, yes... 'Wanted' ..

... Oblivion is very cheap with 100% chameleon armor and full stealth...

Hell, it's cheap even if you aren't sneaking... you can just stand there and stab people and they just look around confused or grunting in anger. ... or they run around in circles if they're a guard. The 6x bonus damage from a sneak attack is just icing on the cake. You can beat it with the difficulty turned all the way up with 100% chameleon armor...
Of course... I haven't played mage-style yet...and I've heard custom spells kick some serious a**.

I suppose I should finish the game some day and get to work on the two expansions...but... eh...

Lol, Greater Ring of Invisibility is an awsome item to pick up wink ..

Yeah, the AI is not particularly bright, and the NPC responses are so mechanical, and everyone has the same generic voice.. DX

Custom spells are great; as long as your character has loads of mana, you can make as powerful as a spell as you like..! Which just makes the remainder of the game rather easy.. :/

lol, there are probably better games to finish... Dead Space...
