"Damn!" Drake shouted as the sirens went off. He turned around and pulled the door open and began to run out, ramming headlong into Lily accidentally. Luckily, due to his large body mass, he was merely startled. "The Hell? You shouldn't be here. Please don't tell me Kir is here..."

"..." Kir was finally suspended in the testing chamber. It was unlike the one Synthic usually works in. This time Kir was in a separate room while a sheet of glass protected the scientists.
"Start the process," One of the scientists ordered. There were three of them in the control room.
Kir silently accepted the drugs they were about to give him, unable to move because he was unconscious.

Lily, however, was knocked down when Drake hit her. "Ow, no, he's out-" she cut off as she felt him now inside the Academy. "No, no, no..." she murmured then focused on the blood crystallis. Kir, find Lily, right now! Come to where she is! she thought to him, starting to panic. Then she looked up at Drake. "He's been recaptured. I need to get Synthic." Then she stood and ran into the testing room and found Synthic in her cage. She looked really bad. "Synthic, what happened to you?"

"Woah, woah woah!" Drake called running back after Lily, "I'll get Synthic, you need to go get Kir. They're gonna bind him and tranquilize him, ain't no way he's getting free alone." His eyes were filled with genuine worry and his comedic smile was gone. For one rare moment, he looked serious.

"Don't come closer!" Synthic cried to Lily. She didn't move from her corner of the cage.

"...!" Kir's nerves had dulled to the point that he couldn't process thoughts.
When the drugs entered his system a flash of light came from his chest.

Lily nodded and pulled the bag off of her shoulder and gave to him. "This is very important, be careful with it," she said, sternly. "And make sure you get something to help Synthic before you leave." Then she quickly turned on her heel and ran in the direction she felt Kir in, not caring if she was seen anymore.

A sudden surge of magic obliterated the room Kir was in. The control room next to it was destroyed as well, killing all three scientists inside.
Kir drifted in the air with nothing holding him up anymore but pure magic. His eyes were open, and nothing but an abyss was contained inside. Light filled the cracks in his chest and shone out through his shirt. A powerful barrier formed around Kir as he touched down. In his eyes it was obvious he was on a mission of some sort.

Lily heard an explosion coming from the direction kir was in and she quickly hurried and found the room he was in and stopped at the doorway, suddenly worried about what was happening to him. "Kir?" she said, carefully and began to approach him.

Drake heard the explosion and looked back to SYnthic. "Synthic! You're going to tell me exactly they wanted with Kir! NOw!" He shouted at her. These weren't the normal experiments. They were doing something dangerous.

"..." Kir walked towards the door, repelling Lily to the side as he went. When he did, he paused and glanced over to her for a moment, "..." Nothing happened but that one hesitation. His eyes were cold and he didn't seem all that affected by Lily's presence. He turned and walked out the door of the room, not noticing that he had demolished the entire room and completely splattered the three scientists working on him. The barrier kept him cut out from the environment around him.

"Little Kir... We knew he had the most potential of any Angel we've experimented on. He was so powerful, even in the artificial womb," Synthic said and coughed again, "They are trying to use him as a weapon. They are trying to make little Kir into a hunter like you. They decided to seal away his magic at a young age so that his abilities would develop faster... Now they want him back to reactivate his magic..." Synthic stopped to cough again.

"Is there any way we can stop him? Or help you, for that matter." He asked. Too many things were happening at once. His single-minded brain was having trouble coping with it. Everything was getting complicated. THis wasn't the life he was used to.

"Kir, wait!" Lily called after him, trying to get close to him but the barrier preventing her. "Please, please..." This was exactly why she hadn't wanted him to come along and why she'd wanted to just go on her own but she couldn't worry about that now because it had happened.

"..." The order unconsciously was picked up by the blood crystallis and Kir stopped for a moment. When he saw that Lily had caught up with him, he started walking again, demolishing the hallway as he went. He made sure Lily was unharmed while he walked.
Some guards appeared in front of Kir and opened fire. Kir slaughtered them as he walked along, looking back occasionally to make sure Lily was unharmed.
"He might find his own conclusion from the flood of his own power, but nothing will influence that but his blood crystallis," Synthic said just as the door to the quarantine flew off it's hinges and Kir appeared in the doorway.
Kir looked around him and smiled as if to say 'so now I'm here am I'?
He paused before stepping forward again. An odd magic was around him, but it wasn't anything like what a weapon should have. It was gentle and healing.

Lily got as close to him as the barrier would let her and contiued to follow him and saw that they were headed towards the quarantine. She didn't like what was happening with Kir, not at all and she felt like breaking down but knew that it was neither the time nor the place for tears so she just stayed with him.

"Lily! The blood crystallis! It's the only way!" Drake shouted to her as Kir came through the door. He drew his knives, even though he knew it'd be completely useless. He was obsolete now that Kir had been created.
