Naruto: if you want me to, I can ban you from making jutsu....and the reason I so hard is that we have had a problem with custom jutsu before, so to prevent that from happening I'm going to be hard on the jutsus. That doesn't mean you can't be creative.

Requires- primary lotus
Description: This is a very powerful jutsu that can make a very powerful drill out of earth and wind. The user must first be in the air then spin their body then begin to pull rocks towards them creating a shell of rock. Then use the wind around their body and aim them self at the emeny with huge amoutns of speexd the rock drill is very durable but and can do very blunt damage where the wind can cut through rock and pierce metal if combined with the rock coating. the drill can easliy peice sand and other types of rock and wind defence's but can do nothing to water defences and will fall to pieces if hitting water jutsus, and will leave the user open to attacks while it will take them 1 post to recover from thier spin. The final side effect is that the user will lose helf their chakra using this attack because of the force of the jutsu that it puts on the users body.

Description: This is a simply but useful justu the user of this justu opens the first gate then focus's their power in their body into one arm. when this is done will make the arm much more powerful it is olny physical so it isn't powerful enoguh to break through elemental defence's but can do major damage to a person without a defensive justu raised , this justu may olny use the first gate from stress the gates will put on the users arm.

Jutsu's Element: Wind
Description:
In this jutsu the user will start off by focusing their chakra into palm, which takes a different number of posts depending on the size of the attack and rank, (look below). After gathering the right ammount of chakra, the user will deliver a palm strike to the target, instantly forcing air to build up around the targeted area to such a degree, that the targeted area will crumple in on itself, due to the large pressure of air around it. After the area has been subjected to the large pressure it instantly causes all presure to cease, then causing everything instantly around the object to be, 'sucked' into the now empty space, crushing the target further.

Jounin:
1 post = half a metre sphere raduis will be effected
2 post = 2 metre raduis sphere from palm will be effected
3 posts = 5 metre raduis sphere from palm will be effected

Sanin:
1 post = 5 metre sphere raduis will be effected
2 post = 7.5 metre sphere raduis will be effected
3 post = 10 metre sphere raduis will be effected

Pros:
-Deadly if used in the right situation
-good for demolition
-quiet and hard to predict
-sharingan cant copy due to no handsigns (just chakra control)

Cons:
-Takes time to set up
-weak to fire jutsu
-requires good chakra control
-consumes alot of chakra to perform
-useless when used in water


In a nut shell:
Basicly it forces the target area to be crushed, then removes the air causing a mini vacuum, thus making the area around the target to be forced inward, causing any nearby objects to be caught and crushed with the target.

Description: Somewhat passive technique that is used to invoke a more underlying sense of fear. Technically, the jutsu is accepted as a genjutsu, but it operates in a different manner. Most genjutsu manipulate the flow of chakra within the human body to an intense degree, attempting to completely dominate one or more of these sense. This genjutsu preys upon the slightest alteration to the point where it barely has an effect. No hand seals are needed, simply the expulsion of a very light chakra, which infects all bodies of chakra anywhere near. By focusing on very light senses with subtle effects, it strikes a sense of fear into those affected. These slight changes will often promote the jutsu's main purpose, discouraging others from fighting and sometimes, if the user is that much stronger than the one targeted, scare them off from the area completely. Sometimes it will even aid in battle, making the opponent somewhat hesitant in their movements and allowing for an opening which when the user masters this jutsu is easy to spot and take advantage of. This jutsu is most effective when used on those weaker than the user to force them into submission, but still has a lighter effect on those of equal or greater power. Using a sudden burst of chakra, often combined with a physical gesture (such as a sudden snap of the head and a glare) can instill an even greater sense of sudden fear and terror. More effective through its average use, it all depends on the character of the user versus the character of the target(s).

Description: This is a play on the Puppetry Technique and requires it as a perquisite to this jutsu. Even when using both hands to exert chakra strings, the user is limited to a certain number of strings. Using this technique, one extends the chakra strings to delve much deeper into the body. Within the arms, shoulders, chest, back, abdomen, legs, thighs, the entire body lie minuscule muscles that operate in very small amounts. Most of these are involuntary actions and often go unnoticed throughout most people's lives. Shinobi are aware of these muscles, but must train extensively in order to control them accurately. Even when able to be controlled, they are weak and will not necessarily allow for any enhanced abilities, often stirring ninjas away from this as a "waste of time", but, puppet users have found a use for this. The extended chakra strings reach down into over a hundred of these small muscles, attaching small strings to them and placing the strings in their control. Each of these strings evenly distributes themselves among the arms, hands, and fingers and go along the main strings as sub lines, wrapping around them and branching off at the user's discretion. Binding togehter into the main line, they able maintain a good amount of strength even though paired with such weak muscles. Since they're such small strings and attached to equally small muscles, they are usually only used to make minor adjustments or to operate multiple simpler puppets. Certain puppets are highly sophisticated and complicated to use such as having a ton of mechanics to operate specific functions, but needing multiple strings to control them simultaneously. If a puppet is used under this control, one can make it appear much more life-like than it would since fine control will allow it to move its appendages much more smoothly and with greater skill.

Description: Puppets are good for control and battle, but sometimes, puppets need to act in a more human manner. Whether it be for sneaking, to perform complex, diverse moves, or for anything else the user wishes, this technique aids. In order to use in the first place, the puppet to be used in the process must be marked with the appropriate seal. The seal is a combination of 362 different seals, 361 designating specific points with a single one to bind them all together. Each seal on the puppet is used to correspond with one of the tenketsu points on the user's body. By performing a medium-length sequence of seals, one activates the chakra forming small holds of chakra from every tenketsu point on the body. The tenketsu points acts as a transmitter and the puppet's seals the receivers. Each seal tracks its corresponding point on the user's body and tracks the movement of the point. By tracking the movement, the puppet moves the same points to make it copy the user without delay. Following the seals, the puppet will duplicate the same movements the user performs to produce incredibly life-like movements within the puppet. Depending upon slight variations, the user can make the movements mirrored so they do they same thing, but mirrored to one another vertically (one moves left, the other moves right). One can TRY to use it on a more animalistic puppet, but it will be very difficult and more often than not will end in failure. The standard puppet technique can be implemented in addition to this to provide additional movements of the puppet with the strings and the precise movements with this technique. There is, however, a drawback to this jutsu. The tenketsu points, while acting mainly as broadcasters, also receive some signals that physically tell the body when it can't move.. For example, if the puppet tried to punch a wall, whet it hit the wall and its arm stopped, the user's arm would stop as well and the sudden change in force would apply to his arm. After being activated, the jutsu can be put into a standby state to where chakra is used in a very small amount to keep it running, but communications will cease. This is useful for if somebody is about to break the puppet's arm, and in turn do the same to the user's, but the user must be able to form a seal to put it in it's standby phase.

Description: The user doesn't need to make eye to eye contact with the opponent, but the opponent needs to see the users hands at some point during the fight. The user makes a single seal and an angel falls from the sky giving the illusion that it had fallen form the heavens. The opponent then sees an angel get out of the crater it left from the fall. The angel has large white wings which are 10m from the shoulder to the tip of the wing. The angel has a long white rob and if the opponent is a male, the angel is a blonde female. If the opponent is female, a buff brown haired angel will appear. The attacker needs to continuously have the Bird Seal held for the genjutsu to continue. The angel then creates a bow and arrow and lifts it up. As the angel smiles, he/she pulls the arrow back and shoots it towards the chest of the opponent. The arrow always hits unless the user tries to Kai. The Kai doesn't make the genjutsu stop, just the arrow. If the arrow hits however, the brain of the opponent stops working and temporarily shuts down, paralyzing the opponent (2 posts). The user then changes the seal from Bird to Ram and the angel flies away leaving another crater in the ground. The genjutsu then releases and the craters disappear from the ground. The opponent is still paralyzed for one turn after the release.

Post 1- The attacker hits the opponent and the opponent is paralyzed.
Post 2- The attacker releases the attack. Opponent still paralyzed.
Post 3- The attacker can either flee or attack, opponents last turn of paralysis.

Description: Based upon the principles of Hermit mode, it is used by rat summoners. The user must have gone through months of training with the rat king. Using the power of nature and desperation in the world, they gather it and create foresighted chakra. When in use, the user changes form, as his/her eyes change form so that they are fully dilated, whiskers form, and their chakra changes to brown as well. Instead of raw power though, the user instead gains faster speeds and reaction times.

Description: The user does two hand signs, Monkey then Ram. He doesn't need to lock eyes with the opponent for this jutsu either. The people in the area of this jutsu, even the user, are caught in this Genjutsu allowing for the strongest attack of the Chuunin ranked Heavenly Viewing Techniques. After the user makes the two hand signs, the area begins to become very bright [EXTREMELY] and the clouds begin to dissappear, revealing an army of floating angels. The angels are the ones who are sending out large amounts of lights. The lights begin to dim down and the angels faces are shown. There are around 300 angels and they all begin to form a circle in the air. The circle begins to start circling in the air and the angels begin illuminating light again. The light makes it look like a large light has come around the circle and engulfed them. The user of the genjutsu makes a third hand seal, dragon, and the circle explodes and large spears of pure light come down. After the first couple come down, the most amount of them will come down upon the area. After the shinobi or villagers in the area have realized that the light's rays are harmful, they will instinctively flee [they must run]. If the user and his opponents/ attackers are hit [at least one hits] by a light ray, it will leave a circle that has a 5 inche circumference. The circle is a scar from a third degree burn, which always burns when the victims are near the caster of the genjutsu. If the user is hit, the scars are there, but there is no stinging/ burning pain.
*jutsu cannot be kai'd*


Post 1- User casts jutsu and posts how everyone is caught and the jutsu.
Post 2- The angels form the circle and the circle explodes.
Post 3- The spears/ rays come down slowly. Everyone begins to flee.
Post 4- The spears move quickly and the spears hit someone of the attackers choice, at the expense of the user being hit. ( If the user says that the ray goes through someone's neck, it also goes through the user's neck.)
Post 5- The genjutsu ends and the spears dissapear. Burns are shown.

Description: The user makes a series of handseals. After doing so they place their right hand on the persons head. this allows such things as seeing into the memories and reading the thoughts of the other person. The left hand is used for scrolling and or skipping memories as to quicker find the answer to what they want. The toll on the user is that is he spends to much time in the persons mind some chracteristics of the person whos mind they dove into wil now be theres. Such as the way they talk or even the way they act and fight. but this is only temporary. Due to the large focus and concertration needed for this jutsu the user cannot move and his breathing is slowed barely to nothing. Almost as if he is hybernating.

Description: The user makes ahandsigns and wave his hands into the air. By focusing a high concentrated amount of fire into the hands the user wil then clap. the clap will spread the flames in all directions in a sudden burst. With this burst a large bubble will apear. Insie it takes the form of a plain white field. But on the outskirts of the bubble is needles lined up only one foot from on another in all directions. The fire chakra stays in place by eating away at the oxygen inside. the bubble is virtually indestructable form the outside. While the inside is fairly soft. this means if someone flies into the wall and doesnt die from the spikes. they get burned alive by the walls due to the high amount of fire chakra. The oxygen slowly gets eaten away at on the inside making it harder to breathe periodically. (7 post max before air runs out. 9 post max if you hold your breath.) Water justu are impossible inside the area. Wind jutsu are allowed but wil take away the oxygen shortening the air supply. Dotons arent available since theyd also be burned. Lightning jutsu would just further speed up the heating process and make oxygen dissipate faster. The most effective style of combat would by Taijutsu. Once inside no one leaves ubntil the user either dispells the jutsu or soeone breaks it from the ouside. Which would take alot. I mean A LOT!!! Inide the area is just a large white open space with spikes coming from fire walls.

Description:
After completing a certain amount of handsigns, the ninja will then use the jutsu to form a ball around himself and his opponent. The ball is made of asecial type of crystal that is only able tobe destroyed by Jounin Level Jutsu of lightning or fire. The user may desire what the field is like inside of the ball, and who or what is inside of it. Very little to no sounds is emmitted threw the air inside the ball, and almost no wind currents are naturally made.

Note: The reason I want this to pass is so we can assasinate without interfering with others or someone messing us up. Also it is a good way to train Shinobi that may be under attack.

Young and inexperienced users may travel a few yards, while Kages and Sannin may travel through villages. The user may NOT travel anywhere he has not been before (such as bases and hideouts), and must make a seal to where he wishes to go and return to. The jutsu consumes much chakra and must only be used once within a 24 hour period of time.

Name of Jutsu: Crater Taijustsu Fighting Style

Description: The Maker of this fighting style used the weights that he trained with to his advantage and after a while learned to make his body heavier and denser but at a cost.

Stage 1: Academy Student

Description: At this low level the user can carry small amounts of extra weight and must weight train by carrying 200 pounds of extra weight, The advantages of this stage are slightly stronger punches and may carry extra weight from

Disadvantages- The users is slowed by half when using this Style
-The user must carry an extra 50 pounds in weights on their arms and legs for a total of 200 pounds and must have these on to perform the style

Advantages- The user has a higher defense against attacks and can take more damage
-the user weighs more making it harder to move the user with Taijustsu
-Can carry up to 250 extra pounds

Taijustsu-

Brace Stance- This is a powerful stance that allows the user to endure alot of damage, by staying In one place and can reduce damage the higher rank you are the more powerful the stance is.

Crater Stance- This is small Taijustsu that the user must be in the air then throw their weight at the enemy and can cause a crater to form on the ground and can damage the enemy with the extra wieght, the more weight carried by the user the more damage this Taijustsu can cause

Stage 2: Gennin

Description: The next step of the Taijustsu style the user must carry 80 pound of weight on their legs and arms adding and extra 320 pounds but the user may carry up to 400 pounds

Disadvantages- The user now May olny use this taijutsu for 10 posts before the wieghts must be removed
-The extra weight makes to user 1/3 slower

Advantages- The user may carry up to 400 pounds
-Taijustsu is even more ineffective and blunt damage does a little less damage basically from earth jutsus
-user weighs 320 pounds extra and punches and kicks will become stronger with the momentums for the punches

Taijustsu-

Down stance- this stance the user puts one hand forward and puts the other on the ground and will take the damage from Taijustsu and swings around the attack and aim a down a kick at the enemy with the extra weight form the users weights the damages is increased the more weight the user has

Dense Fist- This Taijustsu involves making the users fist heavier adding more damage but the user may olny use this for 3 posts

Stage 3: ennin-Chunnin

Description: This stage the user carry 120 pound on the arms and adds an extra 480 extra pounds and can now carry an extra 600 pounds

Disadvantages- the user is 1/3 slower
-User may only use it for 10 posts

Advantages-The users punches are much stronger from the weight
-normal Taijustsu become even more ineffective
-further weight training may allow the user to carry much more weights

Taijustsu-

Stance- This is an offensive stance that gives the user momentum for a full on charge that can break apart rocks from momentum, the user laces one hand on the ground and one foot in from of each other then takes his other hand in a guarded position to defend from attacks then the user pushs their body weight towards the enemy

Lion Combo+(Requires Lions Combo)- This is a much stronger version of the lions combo and requires the user to make their leg much denser, the user then aims a powerful punch upward to knock the opponent up into the air the user then rams their head into the targets back then grabs the target and throws them to the floor then the user flips and can create a large crater on the spot of the target


Stage 4: Chunnin

Description: The user may carry up to 1 whole ton and can control the weight of their body and must keep 500 pounds on each arm making them slower but much more powerful,

Disadvantages-The user is again 1/2 slower
-The user may only use the style for 8 posts

Advantages-The user can carry up to a ton or more depending on the users training sessions
-The user can control the weight on their body and can decrease them selves to their original weight.

Taijustsu-

Weightless stance- This is the exact opposite of the brace stance but instead releases the weight on their body and may be easily be moved but the user can easily avoid the attack and counter with many Taijustsu after avoiding the attack

Body weight- This is a useful Justus that may only be used 3 times per battle but may revert the user to their original weight or can make them selves up to 5 tons if they are able to carry that much weight

Stage 5: Jounin

Description: At this level the user may must carry at least 1 ton of weight on each arm and leg adding at least 4 tons but may carry up to 8 tons and even more if the user trains right.

Disadvantages-The user is 1/2 slower
-The user may only use the Taijustsu style for 12posts
-user gets weaker every 3 till user is 7/8 slower

Advantages-The users punches and kicks if aimed down can create craters
-Taijustsu and blunt damage is severally reduced

Tajutsus-

Ground Stomp stance- This is a powerful stance only able to be used once the user takes a stance then when the enemy gets within 25 feet the user stomps down and trips the target disabling the target for 1 post

Bravce stance X2- This is a powerful version of the brace stance that makes taijustus and other blunt dmage useless and can even break metal but the user cannot move wile using this stance

Stage 6: Sannin

Description: This is the ultimate level of the taijustsu style those that reach this level must be focused o taijutus, the user may carry up to 100 tons carrys 5 tons on each limb in normal life the user is not based on spee and is slowed extremly but their punchs can make craters

Disadvantages-The user is 3/4 slower
-The user cna olny use the style fro 15 posts
-The user after finishing the 15 posts will colapse

Advantages-Taijutsu and blunt damage is completly useless
-User can take massive amounts of damage
-User can carry 100 tons

Taijustus-

Crater Drop- This taijustu is extemly dangerosu and powerful but may olny be used once, the user jumps high i nthe air til out of view then icreases their wiehgt to a limit point then drop far ot the ground creatign a large crater about q mile wide it is very effective and can destroy much but hte user is paralised for 3 posts and may do nothig

earth tremer stomp- This is a simple but effective justu the suer stomps the groud and shakes to land scape and can knock oponents off balance and destroy buildings but this may olny be used 3 times

Huntur: denied, first one is just cheap and a tad bit of godmodding if it can only be destroyed by two things, pure chakra, and death..no go. Second one. Depends on user doesn't work
