Krinna also wondered why the librarians would want the place...
or any place aside from a library, for that matter.
"But you did say there's a clan of librarians? Not a guild, or an association?"  

[Sou Jara]

"They are made up of poweful beings. Never more than Ten people they are powerful enough that any one member could devastate whole armies.
They are so powerful that they achieved clan status."
Nia gazed at the simple banners wondering.  

[delbosque]

"Sounds like they're more than just librarians."
Krinna walked around Nia in a circle, her little cat feet not making any sound on the pavement.
"So... what do visitors here do for fun?"  

[Faulty Ambition]

"Top o' the morniin' to ye, Miss Human and Miss Kitty. Ye've been across me doorstep for a good portion of yer time here. Be there anythin' I can assist ye with?"

An older man with blueing hair leaned out of the doorway closest to the pair. His clothing was an odd mix of flannel and plastic, appearing to be neither armor nor pajamas, and yet both at once.

Nia ignored the manes unusual apearance knowing to leave well enough alone.
"Yes, Could you tell us when the Tenth Sea Library claimed this district for there own?"
She had a notepad and a pencil in her hands like magic.  

[Faulty Ambition]

"Well... ah'd say it's been a good month or so... or mebbe more. Ah've been a bit busy with my latest invention, ye see."  

[Sou Jara]

Nia avoided the obvious question focusing on the subject at hand.
"What have the librarians done with Blue Rose Lane since claiming it for there own?"  

[Faulty Ambition]

"Well... we have a patent office now. Tha's stopped all the idear stealin'. They fixed up our storefronts. Oh. And they also let us use their library to do research and they set up magic laboratories. They created nulmagic areas in certain parts of the district to keep the citizens safe."

The older man leaned towards Nia conspiratorially.

"Ah even saw the one with the black hair and wings eat the Magic Eater."  

[Sou Jara]

Nia nodded as he went on jotting down a series of notes at breakneck speed.
"Would you say the life of the citizens of the district has improved since there takeover?"  

[Faulty Ambition]

"Oh yes! We haven't had a Magic Eater attack since it was eaten! And food supplies are way up! We're even selling food to the nearby districts!"  

[Sou Jara]

"Rumors are circulating in the city that A.N.sem the clan leader of the librarians also known as Afos was responsible for the clan attack. What is your opinion of these rumors?"  

[Faulty Ambition]

"Hogwash."
The old man spat on the ground.
"I seen me some o' them clones, and not one looked like the blind guy."  

[Sou Jara]

Nia scribbeled a note estimating the distance of spittle.
"Anything else you would like to add?"  

[Faulty Ambition]

"Ye really ought ta' take a look at me newest invention!"

Krinna bounded up to the doorstep and sat down, wrapping her tail around her feet and looking up at the odd fellow. She squinted one eye a bit and flicked an ear, then did a very poor job of attempting to imitate the guy's accent.
"Sure, if'n ye'all'll refrain from callin' me 'Miss Kitty'."
