They live in a barbaric time my friend. Though the power hungry people can fit into any time period in any scenario. but when they are there it sorta symbolizes the immoral actions of the "wicked" characters in the book...its put there so that you get a vivid picture of something horrible to base your view of on a character.
Exactly. Piers Anthony does the same thing to emphasize just how terrible sin really is, and why people are so drawn to it. He realiztically depicts Satan and people. It's great. |

I just like reffering to the brilliant minds who have inspired me and answered so many questions in my life. Piers Anthony was the one who made me truly understand what faith in God entails. Were it not for that, I would never have understood how a sinner could follow God without losing Eternity. *chuckles* i think its cute that you refer to your heros so often.
^_^ I don't believe I can ever meantion Piers Anthony enough. He's just so frakin awesome. |
