Where... Am... I? (Accepting, Open)

Mai remains hidden from the men and crept up slowly. There were only a few left. As the bullets from Lerista ceased for the moment, the men started towards him. As one of the men turned to give orders he noticed one of his men were missing. "Where the hell did he go?" He shouted, not knowing that the man he referred to laid upon the floor behind some large crates, his neck snapped in half. Mai was an incredibly proficient at killing. They didn't even hear him get dragged off. Mai waited patiently as she stalked the last three men standing. Lerista still hadn't finished reloading. So she went after the next closest one, puncturing his voice box to prevent him from making a noise and dragging him back, snapping his neck as well. The remaining two men looked around frantically. They were too aware now for her to snag them one by one. Upon lunging out a few bullets fired towards her, but they were too panicked to properly aim. Instead, she drove towards them, her claws making contact with both of their necks and drilling into them where she actually got her fingers around their spinal cords and pulled them forward out through the front where they snapped. A gruesome ending for the enemy. They didn't even get a chance to make a sound before their bodies thumped against the floor. Mai stood over them, panting slightly, her eyes in flames of intense instincts.

Lerista looked at her then at the bloody aftermath. Standing slowly he let out a slight whistle and took his helmet off. "Whoa, definatly a good choice when I picked you up. Bet you feel much better getting a chance to hunt again." He smiled at her and moved along, though not to close. For the moment he figured she would be a bit tight wound because of the recent kills, though a predator bounced back from them easily enough. It still wouldnt be wise to be close at this moment. Instead he watched her to see when she unwound, while clipping his gun to his belt. He would have to remember to get an extended clip next time.

There was a more purr in her voice that usual. "Much better. Though I'm a little out of practice." She proceeded to lift her helmet shield to lick the blood off her hands, content with her kills. She didn't sense anyone else nearby. It was a small ship after all.

Lerista looked at her for a moment a bit fascinated before shivering with a strange feeling and then walked to look at the logs. "Happy to oblige." He spoke without turning around. Lifting the cargo manifest he looked over what the shipment was and smiled. "Well this will fetch a pretty penny." Clicking on his wrist band he called for a cargo droid to lift the boxes into their own ship. "It wont take long, then we can take off and be back on course." He smiled in content.

Mai started thinking deeply. She tugged on Lerista's shoulder as he was giving droids his orders. "Master... perhaps their... ship memory (she's referring to their computer databases) will have valuable information." She wondered if he was understand what she was trying to get at.

Lerista scrached his chin in thought and nodded smiling slightly. "Your right, it indeed might." Without really thinking he moved his hand along her fur and scratched a little bit. "Follow me and I'll show you a bit about computers. Never too late to learn." He turned and walked to the bridge. He really didnt put much thought into it just did it. As he entered the bridge he sat in the control seat and saw evidence of blood. "Well guess we know where the pilot went." Sighing he waited for her then slowly started to open up the databanks.

a ton of information came up on the screen, the captains log, files on where the ship had been, this ship used to be an explorer.

Mai followed close behind. She watched him carefully. Though, in order to truly learn she would have to learn to read. But she watched carefully anyways, never neglecting to keep some attention on their surroundings for survivors.

He tapped a few keys and looked at her. He noticed her edgy stance and knew what she was doing. "We'll make logs of these. He was an explorer of some kind." He took a record of the log and galaxy map. This guy had definatly been a few places he had never thought about. Waiting for the disk to load he turned his seat towards her and tilted his head. "Smell anything still living?"

Mai shook her head. "No, we got them all. They were not bright." She watched the upload bar increased as it reached full, a disk popped out of a slot on the dash. One of the droids at this point arrived behind them with an onscreen report that they had finished loading up the ship.

Smiling at her Lerista stood up and slid the disk into his armband. "No they werent...but then again you are quite the huntress." He winked at her and walked out of the bridge. "Lets get off this slag heap before any authorities get here." He was already taking off parts of his suit as he walked.

Mai followed close in pursuit, once the ship detached from the now worthless cargo ship, they took off in the direction they were originally heading. She wondered what were in those cargo bins. She watched from a screen as the cargo ship became lost on the abyss of the black void of space. This new life...it was...interesting.

Lerista walked over to a few of the crates and looked through the list again. "Lets see these go here...and this one will go..." He tallied the information in his head and smiled, knowing they would make a bit. So deciding they had a bit to spare he picked up a small box and walked to her. "You eat fruit by any chance?" He opened a case that was sealed in cryo showing fruit that was a rarity. He picked out one and bit into it. "Yeah I like these." He smiled and looked out at the ship they left behind. "It isnt so bad up here is it? I usually just like looking out at the stars, makes one feel small." He smiled and handed her the box. "Alright I'm gonna show you to the crew so they'll know that your not a stowaway. And lets get this armor off, hm?"

Nelliel yawned and curled her own blanket around her. She had given another blanket to the other one in the cage.

There came a loud snoring from Lear's cage.  

[Luna Vitesse]

Luna's boots scraped against the flooring of the cage, her sapphire eyes, cold and accusing, glanced around the room, at Ms. shop keeper, the other pets. She pulled one knee into her chest leaving her other leg extended, stretching up her stockings just before her elbow left itself atop her curled in knee, hand clasping the back of her neck. A sigh slipped from her lips as she tilted her head on her forearm, her other arm resting on her stomach and her back against the metal bars.

She gently turned her head away from the other feline in no mood for companionship, only a strengthening drive to survive.

Her eyes briskly shot up, staring at the dimming lights, must have been quite hours. Her sapphire eyes, best when in the dark, reflecting as they darted about the room, looking for anything that could unhinge the cage or perhaps fool the sensor.

With a few hours already passed, her memories had already begun to seep back in. Her skills, abilities, and talents seemed to be present, fully noticing this change as she searched the room for possible leads to an escape option. Her right hand, the one resting on her stomach, quickly slid to her side, feeling no belt, no knife, and no equipment. A cold shock slipped down her spine.

They must have taken it when they abducted me. Her mind started to rush as her senses grew more alert, thoughts pouring, crowding her mind, overwhelming her.

She simply closed her eyes. Just think logically... just relax.

Seeing as the first night had come, she'd watch how everything played out, calculating her next few moves.

Lets start with what I know. What caused her to open the cage before? Maybe....

She would use this night to plot.
