Actually my shift starts at 6AM and I'll be in an air conditioned building.

So heat and sunlight won't be a problem.

It's a 10 hour a day, 4 day a week shift.

So I'll be there for 10.5 hours.
(half an hour lunch break explains the .5 )

Actually I get up at 4am to give myself time to wake up.
(and go to bed at 8pm)

Though my job site is well air conditioned.
