Lattice chuckled a little and nodded a bit. She blinked behind her mask as her 'robot' suddenly managed to move a few inches forward due to momentum and suddenly thwacked Blade's robot rather firmly with the hammer. At least she could say it hit once.

Jericho gritted his teeth as that attack looked like it made a bit of a dent into his robot.

But, all was well, for Dragonbot decided it was time to get back into the action, charging into the other robot. Its arm was still broken... but it was also still very much on fire. Fwoooosh.

Lattice only pouted a little when her poor robot's spring fell off to the side and the whole thing collapsed making it 'lifeless'. She was a good sport, however, as she bowed respectfully to Jericho and offered a soft, "Congratulations." She then moved to gather her burnt pieces before she moved to sit out of the way.

"HAHHH! Damnit Christof..." Bul grumbled from his desk still cowering over his precious robot. "Oh...

OOOOOOOOOH. I GET IT." Bul suddenly grinned now that students started to battle and looked to the name by his. "Raziel... isnt that shor- RIIIGHT!" Bul stared down at his fellow monster and knelt with his robot. "Haven't seen you since the island eh? I think you've actually had a growth spurt!" His contraption started to squirm and wriggle a bit and before he could command it in any way it rushed forwards and zoomed right past Raziel's

"What. The. ********. Are. You. DOING?! Get back here little buddy your opponent's over here!!"

There was a glint in the Igor's eye as he wobbled amongst the battles, wringing his hands joyfully with every crunch and every mechanical whirr- but then he realized it was because it was the glint of fire coming from one of the make-shift "rings."

HELL'S BELLS, JERICH,O WHY! He bit back the initial panic at the sight of the burning robots, but Direct Orders from the notes in the sadly de-parted Shop Teacher had in his file rang in his head. He about-faced, lumbering for the fire-extinguisher before rushing at the Dragon and inferno alike with fire-retardant blasting.

WE HAVE A WINNER: JERICHO!

"Aaaall right!" exclaimed Jericho as he saw the other bot die down. Grinning widely, he nodded to Lattice. Her bot wasn't too bad. His was just better. Even if its weapon didn't work properly and caught fire first... it was still better.

Yes.

Seeing Christof rush forth, he was a little disappointed to see his bot put out. Well that was a little bit of a bummer. Though... if there were going to be more rounds, the dragon supposed he should try and fix dragonbot's true weapon. Next time he might not be lucky enough for it to catch aflame like that.

Christof seemed so excited about this. Personally, she couldn't see the point - but it did look kind of amusing, to destroy robots. She narrowed her eyes in pride when Jericho won, patting him on the back affectionately when he returned.

Nice job. I suppose I should try mine out, as well.

She set her flipper down, sent it rumbling over to Charlie's robot, and watched its flipper completely miss the mark. Ah well.

Lizzy Attacking Xiu! Go robot go!

Lizzy’s robot was a disaster; not a complete disaster, but a disaster nonetheless. Luckily, she had some building help from Levi, or her robot would probably look like a pile of scrap metal on wheels - for now, it looked a little like a toaster on wheels... Or rather wheels at the back and something that resembled limbs at the front. There was a metal bat attached to some gears via string at the back that allowed the robot to hit things in front of it... The obvious flaw in the design?

It could flip and become 'awkward [metal] turtle' any time.

Oh, and it looks horrible.

When partners where assigned, she too, was relieved that hers ended up being a good friend of hers. Giving levi a goodbye and good luck hug, she then took her fail-bot and approached Xiu, placing her creation in the fighting ring. She shook her head at Xiu's comment, giving her friend a sheepish smile as she gestured to her fail-bot, "Mine's not... Any better really."

The robot wheezed and started to move (slowly like a turtle) towards Xiu's robot, metal rod raised...

Hel snapped her attention back to the front when the air horn went off, and watched with anticipation as Christof wrote down names on the board. Along with versus. Ffffff.

Battle!?

This was officially her new favorite class.

The valkyrie picked up her creation, trying to ignore the few other bolts that seemed to fall off of it before making her way over to Bea. “Greetings!” She called out to the ghoul, placing her robot down on a free arena. “Let’s begin, shall we?” Hel grinned widely before sending forth her little creation, only to have that grin falter as it tried to flip Bea’s robot with the fly swatter arm and failed.

Oops. Maybe she should have used two spatulas.

“Keep on trying, friend!” Hel uttered encouragingly to her robot, pumping a fist into the air.

Levi Attacking Willow! Go robot go!

Levi and Lizzy worked together, fixing the innards of their robots. When Christof gave the order, Levi jumped out of her seat with the new contraption she just built and searched out the student whose name was beside hers. Willow was her name. She had a hunch, knowing most of the faces around, so walking up to the ghoul, Levi placed her little robot at the ready and offered a hand shake Willow before beginning. Willow, I'd reckon? Names Levi. Pleasure ta meet'cha! Let's have'a good one, eh?

Nothing like a good battle to get the blood flowing.

The flipper moved forward but creaked a bit before stalling on the spot. Blanking looking at her machine, Levi had a mind to give it a little kick to get it started up again. Oh boil... what a great start.

Nahm shoved his desk out of the way, obligingly, and took his place in the indicated ring. He surveyed his opponent with interest. Hot. Except for the whole lack of legs thing. But he guessed you could get around that. "Hope you're ready," he said cheerfully, and twisted up the rubber bands that would propel his construction.

The robot trundled slowly forwards, the shoe stapled to its front dragging along the floor and making it jerk strangely. One of the odd jerking motions brought the toe of the shoe directly under the other robot; the boxbot's next motion brought the shoe up, sending Tess's robot tumbling.

"Get 'em," Nahm said, sounding vaguely pleased.

Willow Attacking Levi! Go robot go!

Willow smiled when Levi approached her, "Yes, nice to meet you too, Levi." Her tail flickered slightly before looking at Levi's robot before nodding in agreement.

"Yes, lets have a good battle." She was trying to focus only one Levi since the whole class was crowded around the different circles making the fact there were so many boils and ghouls here a little stifling.

She paused, "Oh, by the way I like what you did with your robot." She said as she sat down hers in the tape ring watching it as it headed towards Levi's own creation and giving it a smack with the little club she'd picked up from the pile of things.

After pouting about her robot, Christof and Barth's next instructions were quite clear.

Crystal clear.

"Ugh, I can't believe I have to fight with this poorly made abomination," Bea grumbled. It was time to battle it up with a student she has never met before. A valkyrie ghoul had came up to challenge her. "Hello," she said, as she looked up at the ghoul. "I suppose..." she begrudgingly accepted the invitation. Bea carried her heap of junk over to the arena. The other ghoul's overly enthused face made Bea feel less confident. Her robot, however, didn't look much better than her own which gave Bea a bit of a boost.

Vert.

Vert!

Bea's robot was activated somehow and it began to thrust the miniature battering ram pathetically towards Hel's robot. "THAT THING CAN MOVE?!" Bea shouted. The ramming robot managed to successfully smack the flipper robot. Her eyes began to widen with excitement and optimism. "OH! YEAH! GO GO GO!" She cheered at her robot. Not that cheering would do anything... Or would it?

Xiu Attacking Lizzy! Go robot go!

Robot's Weapon: Flipper

"Yours looks a lot better than mine!" Xiu praised, laughing as the robots just swooshed past each other. Eventually they would run into one another, but until then, it was just a waiting game. "I tried to brighten mine up with one of my flowers, but..." She trailed off, eying the randomly-placed flower with a sigh. At least it gave the robot a little color?

It didn't help with it's sense of direction, however. It swerved every which way, missing Lizzy's robot each time.

"Really?" She giggled before shaking her head, "You're too nice, Xiu... Yours obviously looks better! And the flower is a nice touch too!"

The awkward turtle fail-bot wandered around blindly... Until its metal rod connected with something metallic; it had finally landed a hit! Awkwardly, it crawled/rolled away, slow as ever.
