 Kirsten opened her eyes again. She sat up and slid out of bed, as quiet as a mouse. She walked out and peeked into the other room, they looked almost asleep. Kirsten walked down the stairs and into the kitchen she barely turned the sink on, she put her hands under the cool stream of water and washed her face. She looked through a hole, This is why it's so dang cold down here...all these holes! she smirked and turned the water off. She walked into living room and back up the stairs, she pulled her blanket off the bed quietly and put it on her shoulders, she grabbed her pillow. She walked back down the stairs and spread the blanket out underneath the table, she put her pillow down and crawled under the table. She put her head on her pillow and put her blanket over herself. She snuggled up and sighed quietly, she wasn't going back to sleep.

 The sun started coming up outside. Tali had actually slept soundly in Jake's arms for a few hours. She hadn't slept that long since the outbreak. Her eyes blinked open as the sun was coming up. Since Jake still looked asleep she yawned quietly and stretched like a cat. She gently climbed off of the mattress and walked a few feet away. Checking on Kirsten, she saw that Kirsten was not in the bed anymore. She thought she was probably downstairs so she looked and saw her, from the top of the stairs, under the table. Smiling she tip-toed back to the room Jake was in. Trying to be quiet she pulled off her jeans, because she wanted to stretch and do a few exercises and it was hard to do in jeans. She began stretching......

Jake "Frankenstein" Nelson Jake woke up slowly. Frowning when Tali wasn't in his arms. Looking up he saw Tali streching. Getting up he kissed her. "You look great." He walked down stairs. Shirtless he began to cook some eggs that he had. Chuckling as he saw Kirsten under the table. Going back to cooking he grabbed some meat and began to cook that.

She was stretching her thighs when Jake got up and kissed her. Smiling at his statement, "Thank you. So do you." Watching him walk down stairs as she finished up. Shaking her head slowly and biting her lower lip, He is so sexy...mm..mm..mmmm. When she had finished she stood up and put her jeans back on. She slipped on her shoes and walked down stairs, smiling at Kirsten under the table. Tali walked to the kitchen and saw Jake cooking. She walked up behind him and slipped her arms around his waist, kissing him on the shoulder. "That smells great. Thank you for cooking."

Jake "Frankenstein" NelsonJake turned his head. Kissing Tali as he cooked. "You're welcome." He held her hand and kept cooking. The smell filled the room. Smiling he finished the eggs. "How about you set the table. Cups, plates, and silverware are right there." Pointing to pantry. Finishing the meat he had. "We are all done."

She kissed him back and smiled. "Ok" With her silky walk she approached the pantry and retrieved the cups, plates and silverware. Winking at him she walked to the table and set everything in it's proper place. She bent over and looked under the table, "Kirsten, come on, baby. Come out from under there. We're going to eat." Tali held her hand out to help Kirsten up.

Kirsten watched Jake walk by the table to the kitchen. She rolled her eyes, "He could put a shirt on," she muttered quietly. Watching Tali come down and also go in the kitchen she sat up and started smelling food. Her stomach growled. When Tali came back to the table Kirsten watched her until Tali bent down and asked her to come out. Kirsten took her hand and climbed out from under the table, "Thanks." She walked over and sat in one of the chairs at the table. "So, when are we going out? Are we still going to raid a store?" She smiled.

Jake "Frankenstein" NelsonJake turned his head. "Yes we will still go." Placing the food on the table. Open the fridge and looking at the drinks. "Either water or beer." Grabbing a thing of water. Sitting down he sighed. "Since you two will be living her for the foreseeable future we need to get you cloths." Starting to dish plates and thinking if he should take his truck or not. "But let's eat."

Tali watched Jake and listened to what he told them. "I'll have water this morning," she smiled. "Ok. You said you had to deliver some things today?" She looked at Jake intently while taking a bite of food. She was starving this morning for some reason.

Jake "Frankenstein" NelsonJake nodded at Tali while he ate. "Yeah. But it doesn't need to be delivered if the Dreadnought rolls on through. Parts for the military occupation force." Drinking some of the water and eating more. Looking at Tali and Kirsten. "Well… I figure noon for the raid and the truck should be here at two." The military group had predictable times. Same with the raiders. Though niether group had strong footing. "Do you guys want to link up with the other survivers or stay here? I just don't see a real job for me with them." He ate a bit more. "But if you want to join them I will drop you off at their camp."

Tali continued eating while she listened to Jake, "They must come at that time a lot. What is a Dreadnought?" She stopped eating at set down her fork when Jake said he would drop them off at the camp if they wanted. Was he trying to get rid of her now? She refused to let him see any emotions, "That is entirely up to you, Jake. I'm not hungry anymore, thank you for cooking breakfast." Taking her plate, cup and utensils. She stood up and walked to the kitchen.

Jake "Frankenstein" NelsonJake finished his food and followed Tali. "It is my ultimate creation." He kissed her. Wrapping his arms around her. "I don't want you to go." He looked down a bit. "I don't know if Kirsten wants to be here. I want you here." He smiled and kissed her again. "Please tell me no to leaving." He really wanted her to stay. He couldn't imagine himself without her now. Holding close, rubbing her back. "please… stay."

When she heard Jake approach behind her she stayed with her back to him. "I'd love to see your creation, if we can." She had unshed tears glittering in her grey eyes when she turned around to look at him, "I thought that you were telling me that so that I would leave." She couldn't help the single tear that fell down her cheek. "I want to stay with you..." she swallowed tears. "If you'll let me," she said blinking back tears.

Kissing her deeply and passionately. Sitting her on the counter. Kissing her like there was no tomorrow. Kissing her neck and jawline.

She smiled at his statement and hugged him. Kissing him back, she gasped a little when he lifted her to the counter. While he was kissing her jawline and neck she closed her eyes and said, "I'm so glad you do. I thought you might have been trying to get rid of me. If you decide you don't want me anymore, please don't beat around the bush. Just come right out and say it, ok? It would be easier that way."
