The user is capable of activating Genjutsu through touch - that being said, taking a leap of faith and touching them can still be an effective method of combat. It doesn't matter that they've cast a Genjutsu on you if you killed them with a fatal blow. Also, the touch must be skin-on-skin. Gloves can void this effect, and it doesn't transfer through weapons or anything.

Description: This jutsu is about precision and timing. When hand seals are made the user must aim the hand or arm with the mark of chaos on it towards the target. From the mark a long and large streak is formed from the hand with a head of a dragon. It can turn but it can turn comepletely. if the person evades the the side and forward, they escaped the dragon and you lost the amount of chakra for nothing.

Not denied as of right now, but what exactly happens if the dragon reaches the user? Is the dragon just to attack them, or does something happen specifically if it connects with the user?

RP SAMPLE 1 Straight up combat:
Shinya had missed yet again as Taisei flipped forward and now stood away from him. The way Taisei had dodged was highly unorthodox, but it amazed him how flexible he was. He went with the flow of things and used different styles in order to adjust to the situation. This let Shinya to realize that in order to land a hit on Taisei, he needed to strike faster. His body was already moving as fast as it would allow him to, he had already reached his limit in terms of speed and strength.
Shinya took an extra step as he came across with his sword and spun his body completely before coming to a complete stop after his attack. Upon coming to a stop, Taisei would see Shinya's sword raised parallel to his head with his right hand stretched outward. His back leg was bent 70 percent while his front was slightly outstretched and bent by 30 percent. His right was steadying his sword as he used to take aim at his target. He took a crouching stance as he panted slightly, a wolf ready to leap at his prey. He was already growing out of breath by this point due to him moving at the max speed his body could take him.
Pushing off with his foot, Shinya launched himself towards Taisei a third time. This time, it was a straight shot at Taisei. With his right hand still held outward, Shinya brought his right hand back and launched his left arm forward with a thrust of the blade. The momentum of his right arm pulling back and his left arm pulling forward increased the speed of his thrust if only slightly. With this, he was able to attack at a speed faster than his body could actually go even if it was only by a little bit. Every bit counted however against an opponent like Taesei. The tip of his sword aimed to strike at the right side of Taisei's chest to incapacitate his right shoulder from being of any use.
RP SAMPLE 2 Assassination:
His target was on the other side of the room, of this Shinya knew. He had to strike fast before his prey would know of his presence, and therefor call for reinforcements. Although he was a Samurai, he needed to proceed with this assassination in order to protect the village. Staring at the wooden door, Shinya unsheathed his sword quietly and held it with his left hand, grasping at the very bottom of the hilt.
Shinya brought his left foot back along with the entire left side of his body and bent his knees ever so. His back leg was bent much more than his front leg. As he placed his left arm parallel to his shoulders, Shinya brought his right up to stead his blade and take aim. Taking a step forward, Shinya attacked.
Shinya's target was unaware of the presence in the other room as he casually was sipping tea. He turned suddenly as the door to his room exploded. Shinya's thrust was powerful as his attack exploded through the door and was now heading straight to his prey. Shards of wood flew threw the air as the blade neared his target at speeds he could not even fathom. Not only was Shinya naturally fast, but the motion of his body made the attack faster. The blade plunged into his target's heart before he realized that he was actually being attacked.
Can you please re-take a look at my custom? I never got a response as to yay or nay
Lord I'm sorry it took so long for you to get this looked at. Okay, I'm gonna have to say that first of all, this can't go past the cap, especially as a B-ranked jutsu. Even 1.5x the regular speed is a little steep, however if you boost it to an A-rank, then that can remain and you're good to go. |

Description: This technique can only be used by those of the Bloodline Crusher decent. The user must also being of a sealing class, otherwise all requirements aren't met. Basically, this allows the user to use their tattoos to create seals. Once the user touches the object or objects in which they wish to transfer the seal, the tattoos almost instantaneously climbs from their body and onto the object in a form of a seal. When utilizing this technique, the user must speak the seal's name before the transfer is complete. Simple, easy.
RP Sample:
(If requested) Sealing can only be used by Uzumaki and Medical Class. Your Tattoos are like Seals, but it is a different thing entirely. Also, E Rank would be very cheap. Should be at least D rank + Normal cost of Seal. Denied. For now. Subject to change if you become a Medical Class. Don't let this discourage you. You can make Custom Tattoo Jutsu to use with this being how they are applied. Sorry Hun, my information was wrong. I am of the Sealing class because my RPC is indeed BL CRUSHER/UZUMAKI. I am of the sealing class, I was thinking about my other character.

Description: See: Madara's meteor summoning jutsu. Lol
After channeling an enormous amount of chakra through their body--making them easily detectable to basically anyone with any chakra-sensing ability in the entire subforum--the user of this technique will form the 'tiger' seal, with large, ethereal bodies forming to his sides. These two will form the 'goat', and 'ram' seals. One post after the chakra is spent--meaning after the opponent's response--a meteorite larger than a Hidden Village will descend upon the area, large enough to devastate even a majority of a country if allowed to impact the ground. It takes an additional post to hit the ground after breaking the line of clouds, meaning that impact occurs two posts after the chakra is spent. This gives the enemies ample time to run if they see it coming the first post. The shockwave on it's own is enough to kill, however, so opponents would have to be very fast to avoid the radius. Multiple SS-ranked defenses would be required to defend against the meteorite, let alone stop it. Tengai Shinsei may be used any number of times within a single battle, but once that battle is complete, it may not be used in that subforum for two weeks IRL. This is to give enough time for the village/country to rebuild in case the user is a teamkilling douchebag.

Description: Upon activating this technique, glowing, electric blue lines will form across the user's body. The temperature, humidity, and freezing factor of the area about twenty feet around them will decrease dramatically. Opponents within this area will not only be weighed down from the extreme cold, but the amount of frostbite will cause their muscles to slow, reducing their stats by -1/-1 while inside this twenty foot radius. This increases to -2/-2 if the technique is boosted to SS-rank. For each rank boost, the chilling radius extends an additional five feet per rank, to a max of thirty at SS.
The second post after activation, A fifteen foot shroud of near-subzero temperature will form around the user in a shape of their choosing. If the shroud remains at fifteen feet, its defensive power is weakened by a rank. However, if the user condenses this shroud within five feet of their body, its defensive power will return to the rank that the technique itself has taken. This shroud is manipulable by the user, making it a versatile offensive and defensive tool. Objects--and opponents--that come into contact with the shroud will be coated in ice equal to one rank below the shroud's power. Meaning that--if the shroud is A-rank, they will be coated in B-rank ice. Unlike most ice, the ice from the shroud can be physically shaken off, meaning that fast opponents could strike the shroud, realize their mistake, and suffer only minor frostbite as a result.
Regular chakra cost is required to activate the shroud, and it lasts for three posts before 50% of the chakra cost must be repaid to extend the duration another three posts. The chilling radius is now increased to ten feet outside of the shroud, that being the -1/-1 effect.
By spending an additional 50% chakra upon activation, the user may dramatically increase the size of their shroud, up to a fifty foot radius instead of thirty. The defense will upgrade to same rank with the expenditure of chakra.

Description: A potent technique for the amount of chakra spent casting it. Using their mastery over ice--as the Master Sage--the user of this technique will condense their hyouton chakra into a ten [fifteen at A, twenty at S, forty at SS]-foot long blade of unimaginably cold ice. It is cold enough to give opponents severe frostbite on contact.. Slashes from the blade will generate waves of freezing energy that extend up to 120% of the length of the blade. However, this comes at a trade-off; the waves are less concentrated, meaning that their power is considered one rank below the level of the blade slashing them.
Because the blade itself is so cold, it has a freezing factor attached to it. Any object that comes in contact with one of the blades will be frozen in a five foot diameter from the point of contact.
The blade lasts for five posts before chakra must be spent again. Two blades may be created in the same post for 1.5x regular chakra, as it is more cost-efficient to create them simultaneously.

This spear--when thrown--travels at 3/4 of the user's speed. Upon impact, the spear will explode outward in a fifty [one-hundred if SS-rank] foot radius. The temperature of the air within that icy explosion is enough to flash-freeze and instantly stop the hearts of all within the blast radius.
After throwing, the user may split the spears into three or five. If three spears, each is considered one rank weaker. If five...two ranks weaker.

Using their mastery over fire--as the Master Sage--the user of this technique will condense their katon chakra into a ten [fifteen at A, twenty at S, forty at SS]-foot long blade of unimaginably hot fire. It is hot enough for the flames to reach a brilliant white hue--hot enough to leave third degree burns on slight contact. Slashes from the blade will generate waves of searing fire that extend up to 120% of the length of the blade. However, this comes at a trade-off; the waves are less concentrated, meaning that their power is considered one rank below the level of the blade slashing them.
Because the blade itself is so hot, it has a certain number of defense-shearing properties. Typically, defenses of similar rank will weaken the blade while they are destroyed--meaning that the concentrated flames are slightly more powerful than attacks of its rank, unless it is a water-based defense.
The blade lasts for five posts before chakra must be spent again. Two blades may be created in the same post for 1.5x regular chakra, as it is more cost-efficient to create them simultaneously.

This spear--when thrown--travels at 75% of the user's speed. Upon impact, the spear will explode outward in a fifty [one-hundred if SS-rank] foot radius. The temperature of the flames within that explosion is enough to dehydrate, char, and pretty much disintegrate the body of the opponent.
After throwing, the user may split the spears into three or five. If three spears, each is considered one rank weaker. If five...two ranks weaker.

Do you want you Jutsu added to the Guild List: LOL sure Description: This is a life changing jutsu, that acts more of a curse. Upon receiving such grief, one must fling themselves off a large building or bridge and bump their heads. When they wake up, they will be younger. The jutsu they keep, the memories are selective, however their body will be turned back, and so will some of the brain. This isn't a secret ploy to stay young forever, only works once. You can't exactly train for this either, so meet the required word count when posting for this. |
