Name of weapon: The Sealed Oni
Your Rank: Genin- Chuunin
Who owns the weapon: Kana Shinkote
Where it was found/Who made it: It was found by the Shinkote family three generations ago.
Users Class: Medical
The Range of the weapon: 4 feet
Weakness: Each seal takes a post to unleash. Each seal has certain requirements and cannot be unleashed until those requirements are met. Each seal has it's own thing it focuses on [exception: 5th seal] and the weakness is the opposite of which it depends on.
Description:

The Sealed Oni - This is a medium summoning scroll, that summons another scroll. That other scroll summons a specific sword. There are 5 scrolls, or seals, that are unlocked the higher rank the person is.

Seal One: Amon - This is given to the lowest rank -genin- , and has the blandest power. If the user has more that 5 strength, they could wield it. At 7 strength, it's easiest and gives a temporary boost to the strength when being held- +1. This is the sword known for it's strength. You have to have strength to hold it, it weighing easily over 140 pounds. 3 - 3 cool down.

Seal Two: Abbadon - The next blade transforms almost, bending to a curved blade that only is sharp on one side. The boost from before disappears, since this blade is given to the user at chuunin rank and focuses on chakra. This is the first out of two that focuses on chakra. Unlike it's sister blade, it doesn't give a boost but instead cuts through an opponents chakra. The only way to do that, is if being attacked by the opponents ninjutsu- such as a fire ball going directly towards user- she may slice down and use it as an escape measure. However this is it's only use- defense. And it may only be used every 3 posts.

Seal Three: Beezebulb - This one is another form, and focuses on speed. It's small, it doesn't punch a lot of damage- however it is coated with poison and boosts the users speed by +1 temporarily for three posts- with another 3 post cool down. It's unleashed at jounin stage.

Seal Four: Michael - This time, it focuses on chakra again. But when yielding this, it boosts the chakra pool by 5% and can absorb the opponents chakra every 5 posts [ C rank chakra] - however to do this the blade has to get complete contact with skin, at least cutting the opponent once before. So to get the boost and the absorbing part you must land a blow. This is unleashed at S stage. 3 - 3 cooldown.

Seal Five: Lucifer - The great, the powerful. It's unleashed at SS stage and can do everything stated previously but for only 3 posts. Then it requires a ten post cool down.

Weakness: Easily Damaged.
Description: A black armor in the style of the samurai. This armor has the unique ability of being able to repair itself. This ability costs 5 chakra per post its active, and will automatically begin in any area of low light. Every posts can roughly repair One limb segment of armor. However, should two or more segments of the armor be destroyed, it costs increases to 10 chakra per post for repairs.

Description: An ornate Katana with a sleek black hilt. The blade releases a low glow, similar to moonlight when in combat.

Description: The poison begins taking affect 2 minutes after delivered, its over all effectiveness is determined by delivery system.
-Entering the bloodstream via a cut or wound: After 2 minutes the victim begins feeling noxious. After 5 minutes the victim begins losing balance. They will regain their balance, but will lose it again 2-6 posts between each incident. After 24 hours the victim will begin having vivid hallucinations. After 36 hours the victims will begin having seizures until they die.
Ingestion: After 2 minutes, the victim will become noxious. After an hour they will begin having spurts of vivid hallucinations every 2-8 posts. The victim will be unable to sleep, and after 12 hours will start having panic attacks. After 24 hours the victim will become susceptible to heart attacks and will die before hour 28.
Gas: The victim will begin hallucinating after 2 minutes. After 10 minutes of not being exposed to the gas the hallucinations will subside. After 30 minutes, the Hallucinations will resurface more vivid, and will last 3-9 posts and will occur every 5 minutes until treated, or they die from lack of sleep, or 2 days.

Where it was found/Who made it: This blade was crafted long ago by the Yamikonton Head.
Users Class: Assassin
The Range of the weapon:4 feet each, Both connect to make a 6 foot scythe ended blade.
Weakness: The weak spot is were they connect. Slice that part and they split shooting away from each other like a sling shot.
Description: There are two that can connect. They are made with a sling in the center to keep the scythes to break when connected. They are dark and signed with the mark of chaos to show it's Yami konton Relation. These scythes come with a ball were the scythes can rub against for poison to attatch to it. This is a Yamikonton and raiton useable weapon.

Okay a couple of things before this can get approved:

⒈ First for any poison to be added to a weapon, it must be full described.
⒉ I don't see any relation for it to have Yamikonton or Raiton. I think you should have one or the other. Because poison, Yamikonton, and Raiton have no real relation to each other. cat_sweatdrop

Where it was found/Who made it: The weapon was stolen from an attacker when Dominic was younger. Dominic became beyond intrigued with the foe's prowess with the said weapon; he was willing to do whatever he had to in order to obtain it.
Users Class: Samurai
The Range of the weapon: 45 ft.[Bullets], 3 ft Blade.
Weakness: The gun part of the blade can easily be destroyed. A direct hit, a powerful one, will shatter it. Electricity throws the weapon's inner workings off, making them useless for an entire post. Must be a direct hit on the actual weapons though. [Weak Against Raiton]
Description: These dual weapons are indeed an upgraded technology that combines both a short blade, and a pistol. Utilizing the trigger, Dominic can supercharge the pistol with his fire chakra. Once the trigger is pulled, a condensed bullet of crimson fire chakra will blast from the barrel moving about 1.5x faster than the average throwing projectile. Though powerful, the bullets cannot pass all the way through a dense body; yet they pack enough punch to actual enter and dissipate. Each bullet shot costs two chakra. Only ten bullets can be shot from each pistol in a single post, they need cooldown time ya know?

Name of weapon: Kakusareta Juukougyou (Hidden Heavy Metal)

Where it was found/Who made it: He found the parts and made the weapon himself lol

The Range of the weapon: CQC
Weakness: It's as close to an ordinary weapon as you're going to get for it's the combination of both a gauntlet and a blade. It also takes the places of both of Velox's weapons of choice. Being that he is a samurai he used two weapons(Tanto&Knuckle-Knives). As well, there is a chakra cost the weapon is used; will be further elaborated on within description.
Description: These "weapons" are a creation that gives the wielder both offensive and defensive capabilities. As usual, shinobi tend to wear steel plated armor about their shins, forearms, hands, etc. Most tend to take use of the armor upon their forearm, some simply discard it. Velox, however, one day had the idea of crafting what would be - to him - a revolutionary weapon. Velox's second most favored weapon, beyond his primary(the Tanto), was that of the knuckle-knives. However, he always found it to be quite the pain to holster one weapon to whip out another. Atop that, he disliked the fact his fingers were stuck within the knuckle-knives and he could not simply holster them.
It was from this that he obtained the idea to form a gauntlet that would not only cover his forearms and the back of his hands with steel, but his knuckles as well. This was just the first part to the weapon: a maneuverable gauntlet with four metal spikes that extended a centimeter out from each hand's knuckles.
The second part was a contraption which he had beneath the gauntlet. This contraption allowed for a Tanto to be utilized on command with the use of a small burst of chakra. Both extending and contracting the blade require two points of chakra respectively.
This would allow for Velox to utilize the blade in three different functions. When revealed the blade could be placed into three separate positions. Either it could extend straight out, to allowing the capability to stab whilst palm striking; up right, like a blade is usually held; or in reverse grip, which would allow him the ability to fight as if he was wielding knuckle-knives thanks to the addition of the spiked knuckles. When the weapon is extended the shinobi can use his chakra to spin it into any three positions of his choosing at the cost of a single chakra point.

Name of weapon: Serpent's Blood

Where it was found/Who made it: Made in Kumogakure's Medical Center

The Range of the weapon: Insanely Close Range
Weakness: When used it decreases the user's strength by a whole two points and five extra chakra required for Kaguya technique when used; elaborated upon below. Only has two "shots" per battle.
Description: What the Serpent's Blood is, is an injection of poison. However, being that he is of the Shikotsumyaku Kekkei Genkai, Regula is not too heavily affected by the poison. What it does is spread throughout the Kaguya's body and he focuses upon his chakra. He channels the poison through his body to then lace his bone-made weapons with a shockingly stunning poison. The poison, injected after connecting a slicing blow with an opponent, will seep into the bloodstream of the opponent. Two posts will go by with no effect. Then, on the third post, the opponent will become "highly-medicated" as their body begins to relax. Their muscles begin to not respond as good, in turn, finding their strength&speed decreasing in time. One whole rank after two more posts. And, by five posts after injection, the speed&strength of the opponent will drop two whole ranks.
Once injected within the user, the poison will remain in his system for a total of eight posts. The effect of the decrease in strength lasts up to ten posts after he injects himself with the Serpent's Blood.

Name of weapon: Shiro Amaterasu
Your Rank: Kage
Who owns the weapon: Yumi Uchiha
Where it was found/Who made it: It was made when Yumi was just a child by a family friend of Hanzo. The blade was crafted to be a regular quick drawing katana, or a battojutsu styled blade. A blade with a slightly curved hilt to cup the user's hand and assist in bringing about a proper sword draw. The blade metal itself, is of such material that it is reactive to chaka, glossy, and has an extremely "white" metal coloration.
Users Class: Taijutsu
The Range of the weapon: 5ft total. 3 ft blade, 2ft hilt
Weakness: Short weapon range, large chakra output to keep the technique
Description: Shiro Amaterasu, is a blade of fire as the name suggests. It has varying levels of flames that the blade can access. Starting with Red, Orange, Blue, then ending with White.

Red Flame: [30 CP to activate. 15 CP to sustain ] - Does nothing more than create damage and burns to the superficial skin.

Orange Flame: [40 CP to Activate 20 CP to sustain ] - Does damage t the outer skin and upper muscle. And cut into few metal materials.

Blue Flame: [50 CP to activate 25 to sustain ] - Damages all of the layers of skin and lower portion of muscle. Can cut through most metal materials with enough strength.

White Flame: [ 60 CP to activate cannot be sustained] - Can completely cut off a limb and cauterize it simultaneously. Will slice through many metals like butter.

I personally would rather not see anything that has guns. I see where you are trying to go with the "Gunblade" aspect, but by letting that through, So I guess my real question here is, are their actual bullets are is it just chakra? For if it's just chakra, I kind of don't see how it would pierce the skin even if shot in a condensed form. It would be more like a burning blunt force I would think, more so than something that can pierce.

I personally would rather not see anything that has guns. I see where you are trying to go with the "Gunblade" aspect, but by letting that through, So I guess my real question here is, are their actual bullets are is it just chakra? For if it's just chakra, I kind of don't see how it would pierce the skin even if shot in a condensed form. It would be more like a burning blunt force I would think, more so than something that can pierce.

Billet was a word I used to Better explain the weapon. The fire isn't blunt, I imagine it with a sharp end.
