If that's him in Degeneration, that would be pretty stupid. First of all, why would he be showing signs of G-Virus, when he never came close to it? And second, what would he be doing with a bunch of terrorists?
Although I wouldn't put it past Capcom.

Well, if that is indeed the dumb plot that Capcom is planning for this movie, then that's another reason for me not to see it.
