City Hall ~The RP~

"Im sorry but the mayor is not available and her apointment book is booked solid for the next eighteen years. Perhaps you would rather talk to her assistant?"
The clerk offered.
"Chibi is often able to deal with such problems on her own"

Esteban looked around the patron in line in front of him with a slightly annoyed look. "How can the mayor be booked solid for eighteen years?" the doctor said, his frustration clearly evident in his voice. "I personally, need to speak with the mayor, today, and I cannot afford to put it off, nor I can I just simply speak to the assistant of the mayor.

"Im sorry but those are your only options. If you like, I can put you in for the soonest appointment or you can speak to Chibi."

Dr. Muciello let out a long sigh and waved his hand. "I suppose I shall just have to meet with this Chibi person. But can you make it snappy. I'm in kind of a rush."  

[Breyer]

"Excuse me. Shouldn't I be in line to see the assistant first?"  

[Frostborne_PrettyGirl]

"Well, yes, of course you should be first in line, but I figured that was understandable and therefore I did not deem in necessarily to bring up such trivialities." Esteban looked down at his briefcase briefly and then returned his gaze to the man in line. "I am terribly sorry if I have been rude towards you, but, being a doctor of sorts, I adhere to a very tight schedule, and I am now already late to my next appointment."

"Of course, of course, right this way."
The clerk plushie said, escorting breyer inside.

Meanwhile, Chibi recieved the message from her few subordinates.
"Excuse me, city issues have come up. If you will be paient I will be with you again shortly."
With that, Chibi went to the next room where Breyer now sat, having been lead to a small cubicle set up in the main lobby that served as a sort of meeting room.
"Hello, I am Chibi, the mayors assistant. How can I help you?"

With the other man outside of the room, Esteban felt comfortable resorting to....alternative methods of getting what he wanted. As he approached the clerks desk, his left eye began to glow red, and as he came to a stop, the eye fell upon the clerk. "You will lead me to the Mayor's Office now," Esteban said, persuading the clerk with his natural, gifted influence.

The clerk plushie stared transfixed.
"I will lead you to the mayonaise office...."
Clerk plushie opened his briefcase and handed Estaban a map directing him to the nearest mayo factory

Esteban's eye returned to its yellow hue as he reached up with his left hand, seemingly in pain, to cover it. After a moment, he dropped his hand, everything fine once more and stared at the plushie. "Well, while I am waiting, could you tell me anything about a woman named Die Dracht/"

The Clerk plushie shook his head, shaking off the daze and leafed through his brief case until he pulled out a realty folder.
"Die Drache. Head of the Rabids, an organization of fans. Posesses the Alkemist, one of the cities leading clubs which won the award for best sandwich of the year. Recently purchased the title on a Diner and other attached properties which were given to us by an anonymous third party."
Closing the file, the clerk plushie stuck it back in his suitcase.
"That is everything in the records on Die Drache."

Esteban's eyes lit up at the mentioning of the word Diner, but the suprise was quickly supressed before it could be noticed. "Best Sandwich you say?" the doctor asked, concealing his suprise. "I don't suppose you could tell me where The Alkemist is, could you?" And while I'm at it. I ran across a graveyard. What can you tell me about it?"

"Certainly."
Clerk plushie replied, handing Esteban one of the Dling Aling maps that happend to have a route to the Alkemist clearly marked.
"Now as for a grave yard...could you be more specific? Oh wait, did it happen to have alot of shops owned by the undead and have condominium masoleums?"

Esteban took the map, and placed it gently down on his briefcase, which was now next to him. "I didn't explore this graveyard, but there were some housing units at the front and a large house in the distance up on a hill."

"Hmm...."
the clerk pondered
"It might have been Little Necropolis though ive never been there myself so I cant be sure."
