I know that. I guess I need to read it again to fully understand. Anyways, I was hoping for Harry and Hermione to get married and Ron to marry Luna.

ive JUST finishd (30 min) Im so glad Harry lives! and theyve got 3 kids James Albus and Lily!!!!!!!!!!
AND Hermione and Ron fell in love!
And Snape was GOOD!
AND TONKS AND LUPIN got married ad had a kid!
BUT tonks , Lupin, snape. Fred, DOBBY, all died !
BUT Kreacher turned good
RAB was sirius's BROTHER!

Tell me if other main charicters died!
OMG i almost forgot VOLDEMORTS DEAD!

you missed mad eye moody. he was killed.

Harry's married to Ginny. now who didn't see that coming a mile away.

It was cuz Voldermort wasn't the rightful owner of it. It was suppoused to belong to Draco, but then Harry defeated Draco and was therefore the rightful owner. I guess the wand didn't like Voldermort usin it.

I still couldn't believe the epilogue. I mean sh** they skipped ahead 19 years! I can kind of imagine it.

"Look Ron, I wanna tell ya somethin..."
"Shoot."
"Ginny's pregnant"

Out of nowhere Ron receives the Sword of Gryffindor and lops off Harry's arm. rofl

Another reason Voldemorts attacks weren't working was because the only power he had left in him at the point was the magic from Lilly's protective charm.

I didn't like the how the epilogue omitted details about everyone else.

I knew people were going to die but i didn't expect them to break the twins, Fred and George.

I thought the chapter "The Prince's Tale" or whatever it was called was sad.: (

In the epilogue, you didn't even find out who Draco married or what anyone's jobs were! stressed stressed stressed

Sorry if someone else has posted this but:
I read this interview by Rowling and she gave details of what everybody was doing.
Hermione=Magical laywer thing
Ron+Harry=Aurors
They've all rebuilt the ministry so it isn't corrupt.
Luna=Travelling around looking for them wierd things
That person begining with V geting off with Teddy was Fleur and Bills daughter.

Answer to the wand thing=
Draco had it cause in the one were Snape kills Dumbledore Draco disarms him first.

Wow, on the subject of this thread, like 80% of it is R.I.P. Fred. Not that I don't like fred. 2 things:

1)Did anyone notice, Ginny was MAJORLY dissapointing. She just sat there like a good little girl o.0

2)The epilouge was WAY to short. JK should have done much more with it.

Some smaller things,

~at times the story seems horribly underdone.
~there was somethings put in there that seemed only there to please the general public (ie. The molly vs. bellatrix thing. Not that that wouldnt be badass.)

Overall good book. Though im a it dissapointed because I ended up liking a fanfic book 7 more. (If you want a link pm me =D )

Though, why Hedwig!? Was the price for owl treats sky rocketing or something?

P.S. : did anyone like the missing ear jokes like I did?

i agree wityh you i think jk just got sick of them i mean with all these fans, i met her once and she said sometimes the story kept her up 3 nights in a row... do you knwo how much coffee that is?!

I finished the book two days after it came out. :3

Overall I thought it was excellent, but compared to the other HP books I thought it was just okay. In order from my most favorite to least favorite, I'd put the seven Harry Potter books in this order:
6th, 4th, 5th, 7th, 3rd, 1st, 2nd
So, yepyep, the 7th falls right in the middle. :3

I was disappointed that Snape didn't get a bigger role. ;-; I was so sure his role would be a ton bigger than it was.
And... I wish Harry would've found out he was good BEFORE Snape died, that way it would've been more depressing.
The way Snape died was so sad and dramatic, though. "Look... at... me..." Aww, he wanted to see Lily's eyes one last time... AWW. DDD':

And Chapter 33, "The Prince's Tale". Best chapter in the whole book, of course. ;D I saw the whole Snape/Lily thing coming.

And ohmigawsh. When Snape cast the patronus.

I saw the whole seventh Horcrux thing coming, actually. After I had finished the sixth book, I was talking to my mom, and I said, 'I think he's a Horcrux, yanno...I mean, he accidentally transferred his power and stuff...'
Also, YAY! Harry/Ginny and Ron/Hermione prevailed in an end. I always loved those two pairings.
Although, on Malfoy and Scorpius...Who was the mother? Pansy Parkinson?

Umm.... Harry Potter was well written and entertaining but predictable in some places for me.
And the epilogue=Get that corn out of my face.
