Very spooky, and I like the monochrome look. It seems like it needs something on the back to break up the big white shirt, or just to add on to the theme.

(EDIT: The staff is supposed to stick out. The fire wings are supposed to look like they're coming from the staff.

I read How you were trying to do it, but it doesn't look to accurate IMO it looks good from what you can do with the items though.
