Open up the My Computer folder, double click on the scanner icon, go down to the scanner wizard, then I think it should give you instructions from there. If not, put your picture in the scanner, click preview, and frame it, then click on Next and select where you want to store the scanned picture and click next again.
Note that I have no idea if this is different on all computers. D:I'll keep that in mind and try it later.
