She sighed, and slumped forwards. "I've lost friends to this war, even a very close one...The rest were lost to my ways of life. Don't ask why I haven't given it up by now, because I don't really have an answer there." Zadea muttered, staring at the counter. "That's why I don't think about the past." She said, tensing slightly. "It's not my favorite activity to be pitied. Just understood."

He closed his eyes, "I've lost a lot of people in my life, Zadea... most of them have been people I would've gladly traded my life for... I'm sure the reason we all keep moving on, is because we don't want to be alone... and let's face it, we all gotta die sometime right?"

Edegaru then chuckled inside his mask slightly "No one likes their past...." Edegaru then placed a bag of coins on the counter and stood up "Well I think I will turn in for the night..."

Zadea nodded, waving to Edegaru. "Haven't we all, eh?" She asked, before adding, quieter; "Yeah, you've got it pegged dead center." Her eyes went up, and she looked around. "Maybe that's why I started up this tavern in the first place!" She snorted, slightly amused.

Edegaru then began up the stairs and thought about the people he killed in war and about their families.They probably felt the same way that Zadea felt.She felt that way because of people like him.

Aura sniffled from the still out cold June"I kinda gave up on fr4iendship some time ago..."a tear ran down her own cheek"You think you know someone and next thing you mknow they were playing with ya and rigth after that they trhow ya down a giant hole" By the time she finished her teary brown eyes had tainted with red.

She leaned absently on the counter now, smiling. Her pose echoed her feline side, though by now everyone knew there was more than that to her. She thought for a minute, before walking out of sight into a back room. Water could be heard running, before she came back out. Zadea had changed then, her skin still with enough color to make her look alive, but paler than before. That wasn't the largest change, however, as many scars were now visible. A thin arrow gash arced across her nose, coupled with the two scars already on her face. There were more, a gash down her left arm, a scarred depression in her throat where apparently a chunk of flesh had been ripped out, and a pair of identical slits in her right shoulder. "Haven't bared most of these for a while..." She said, chuckling slightly.

"GRRRRR!" Aura`s red eyes narrowed at the still Sleeping june"I am lossing my patience here!"AUra growled"Know ya just lost some dam blood but if ya hear me i am pretty close too makin ya fly off from me!" She strugggled undearneath June.

Ryou lifted June off of Aura and gave her a "She's not that heavy" look. He laid her carefully onto one of the chairs, then rested her head onto the table.

"HEy i was trying not to freaking hurt her! I know i could off made her fly off the dam tavern and make a fraking hole the damm wall!" Aura growled as her red eyes narrowed at Ryou,she pinched the bridge of her nose and just walked away

Zadea chuckled. "Take it easy, people..." She said, trying to ignore the tensing of muscle within her chest. She'd felt this a hundred times, and less than half actually resulted in an attack. She shook her head, wings folding tight, trying to clear her mind. Something nagging was gnawing away at her. It could've been the most recent loss of a friend, but she wasn't sure... She looked around, and grinned. "Been slow here since the war began, of course." Zadea said, grinning. "Our chances of winning are about as good as theirs, and they're tireless." She mused, counting on her fingers.
