(Yeah...You people don't know how hard it is to kill someone. I mean Kill someone in your village, you get kicked out. Kill someone in another village, the village tries to kill you. So yeah good luck with that. Also you are not allowed to leave the village without Susumu's permission. So what will you say "I'm going to kill someone." yeah not going to work)

((The orginal rules i read, the only way to get something from an opponent is to kill them and take it ut of there body. Which is why there are only 2 people with both Sharingan and Byakugan. If you could give it away then everyone would have both.

However there are rare cases like with Zann. Since i removed one of my Byakugan Eyes for a Shaingan I had a spare. So they i was allowed to give it away.))
