Well, that's the thing. "If". We don't know, and by this point in Madoka, he'd already had people getting their heads bitten off. XD
It is pretty fun watching what happens when an OCP shows up somewhere, though...

OCP? Yeah, PMMM went down after episode 3, but Psycho-Pass went downhill after episode 11. I wonder if Gargantia will go downhill. It better.

Outside Context Problem, or sometimes Outside Context Villain. It's when something shows up that nobody really expects or thought about, often with some completely different capabilities from what anyone else has. Think UFOs coming to kill dinosaurs. Or vampires popping up to stop an alien invasion.

Yes, Kyoko was one of my favorites. Though she shouldn't have bottled up her feelings so much, she wouldn't have exploded.

No, Homura's actually pretty weak overall... she's good at one thing, one thing only, and is simply pretty creative about using it. XD
