Namco X Capcom was a tactics game with a unique battle system, not a fighter. o wo

Project X Zone is effectively the same thing, and I think that's getting an English release, too. Though I'm pretty sure it's only on the DS.

It's a crossover game featuring characters from; Namco Bandai Games, Capcom, and Sega. The game was released on October 11, 2012 in Japan and will be released in North America on June 25, 2013 and in Europe on July 5, 2013.
