8/10 it is good. but there is a bit too much going on around the head. I would try to even it out by doing something with the bottom too...

Could you use the golden winged sandals rather then the neck piece? But with that you would probably be better off using a skirt. That would take some away from the top I think, and make it look less cluttered.
I would try it and see how it works, and then go from there. If it doesn't look good I might try just a skirt, and some boots like the charred tundra boots... or something like that.
EDIT: I like what you did. It looks much better... to me at least. XD

I dont like the ears and the pitchfork migh tbe a tad much but its still a 4 out of 5.
