The Starly was definitely outmatched, his opponent being 3 levels higher, but hadn't lost. A racing blur across the field, Starly used quick attack!

Your poke'mon levels, so what about its stats?

Yes your poke'mons stats go up as they level up for hp it gose up by 1 for the first level then 2 for the second 1 for the third and 2 for the fourth Extra Extra. Then for the attacks damage for all the attacks it gose up by 1 each level.
