Roulin had finally met his match in the form of Cecilia's hair which kept batting him as the dog sped up once more. This time he was ready for the sudden burst of speed. He didn't react by clamping onto his assistant like a terrified child but instead, he sat up straighter than before and moved his hands back onto the blue girl's sides. More relaxed now, he could respond to what she'd said seconds earlier. "Yeah, I hear you. I'm not afraid of dogs, but mythical beasts do make me jump. And spiders? Don't worry about them. As long as you keep...Cerbs I guess we're gonna call him that...as long as you keep Cerbs in check, I'll keep that bad spiders away from you." He managed to peek over her shoulder and through the mist that Demios had set up for them. Finding now to be the best of all times, Roulin said, "You know guys, I don't know where we're going. Nine times out of ten, no one is going to allow us to stay in their place. Not while we're dirty and bloody like this. And why didn't you tell me your wound had reopened? You shirt is still damp from the blood."

L was still half asleep rushing across the sky with his protege and protege's girl. He managed a slight yawn before voicing his question. What exactly happened? The man's voice had returned to the sleepy monotone it once possesed now that he was no longer physically near thomas. His eyes, half lidded, peered over slightly of balanced dark glasses at Moli and Aeon as he waited for a response. "Oh and were is that good for nothing ball of sludge we so lovingly call thomas hmmm? Dead i hope?"

As the horse continued to fly, Jeannie looked into the ocean as the light blue captured her attention. She looked forward as she could see the island come into view. The horse continued to fly until it was near a mountain. "Keep going at the same speed" she informed the horse. It would seem as if they were going to crash and die but seconds before they were into the mountain it opened. The horse soon stopped and Jeannie hopped off looking at Amaya and Itachi. "We're here. Follow me down this corridor and you will find that we are in a rather large mansion, we don't have to worry about people finding us down here" she added.
Noel looked at Khalifa as he asked his question. "Come with me, I'm taking everyone else to a secure location" she said as she looked at him. Her body began to glow as a blinding light flashed and anyone else who was an ally of the OWLs who remained were teleported along side Noel.

Cecilia noticed that her hair was giving Roulin's face quite a beating. Using her legs to hold on to Cerberus, she tore off a strip of her shirt at the hem creating a ribbon and used it to tie her hair back securely into a low bun before she placed her hands securely upon the creature once again in order to hold on. She turned her head a fraction and smiled apologetically at Roulin. It was rather hard to see through the mist that Demios had created as a cover for them, but apparently Cerberus could see just fine. "If it had been a giant spider that had approached us instead of this creature, I might have lost it," she said with a nervous laugh before a concerned expression fell upon her face. "You do have a point. I look like I just slaughtered an entire town full of people. They won't be looking at the bullet wound. Maybe we could find a motel to stay in for free. Maybe the manager will take pity on us," she said in a hopeful tone of voice before looking down at the area where her wound was. She hadn't noticed that it had opened up again. She lifted one of her hands and lowered her shirt down a small fraction to reveal the wound, which was seeping blood once again. "I guess I didn't notice it. It's not as much as before. It must have happened back at the house during one of those times I fell. I'll be fine, really," she said smiling reassuringly at him.

Itachi followed jeannies directions and once they landed he jumped from the horse landing easily. He then turned around adn quickly lifted amaya off the horse just in case she would have trouble with getting off the fire horse. Once she was set safely on the ground the frie horse vanished as itachi dispelled it. He then took amayas hadn to help guide her down the pagth as he followed after jeannie. " sounds good to me miss jeannie was it? sorry i just want to make sure I heard your name correctly on the horse it was a tad hectic back there after all. " apologized itachi bowing his head some. It was something he ahd seen some of wills men do when they failed a task allthough when they did it they were also on there hands and knees pleading for another chance. There was never too much groveling when asking for satans tender mercies.

Being the careful and caring leader he was, Roulin couldn't help but be concerned about Cecilia's infliction. If it hadn't been for him removing the bullet after she had been shot, each motion would've cause more than just a slight stinging sensation or a little tinge of pain. The apprehensive teen only wished he could've done more for her. Once again, the girl's strong spirit showed when she made another joke about what was apparently her biggest fear. Bugs. The creepy crawly six to eight legged creatures that were smaller that the palm of her hand. She couldn't see him laughing thank goodness. The last thing he wanted was a smack from her for it.
"The bigger the bug, the bigger the shoe. Just think of it like that and it might help. Emphasis on might. Now, we need to seal that quickly and not because it makes you look like a murderer. It'll get infected and that's the last thing we want right now. I'll see what I can do when we get to a motel." Purple eyes stared forward in the mist once again. Even through squinting eyes, Roulin couldn't see past the fog. It would be more than detrimental if they couldn't see out of it...and they needed to see out of it. Without alerting anyone, Roulin delved deeper into this strength reserve and activated his vision. Now, the mist seemed almost invisible, but the house and cars they were passing by didn't. "Hey you guys...I think there's motel near here...we just need to keep going straight and turn when I say turn."

Lomoli, Aeon and L finally reformed away from the house. Far, far away from the house. Around them were lights, lights and more lights. Hundreds of casinos lined the strip of road the stopped upon. Moli knew exactly where they were. L and Aeon would only need a glance to know as well. Stepping out of the road to avoid the traffic which had loudly halted for them, the herald responded, "He's alive and he's with Che and Kate...that idiot. I hope he knows what he's doing taking Thomas with him alone. Kate seems like she can put up a hell of a fight though...I'm sorry you could get to avenge Gale L. Later on, please tell me about her. Later on when we find a room here in Las Vegas."

Jeannie looked back at Itachi and nodded in confirmation that he had her name correctly. As they approached a metal door she punched in a code and looked at them. "We're safe here, go ahead and go to the kitchen get something to eat, shower, sleep, you can even train but I think you would want to do that after you rest" she said to them.
Jeannie kicked off her heels as she turned on a flat screen television as the news played in the background. Going towards the refrigrator she pulled out some white wine as she grabbed three glasses and poured some into it. "I hope you two enjoy Chardne" she said to them.

Cecilia had not been thinking about infections, but Roulin was right. In this cold air, it was quite possible that an infection might very well occur. Still, Roulin did seem exhausted and she didn't want to be the cause of him losing more energy. "No no, I'll be fine. I don't want you to lose more energy on account of me," she said. "You should try to rest as much as possible." She heard them mention that there was a motel not too far away and sighed in relief. She did as directed and continued moving straight. At this point she didn't care what the room looked like, as long as she could get a hot shower and sleep in a bed. She realized that she might have to share a bed with Roulin and Demios and the thought of sharing a bed with Roulin caused her to blush, but she would take what she could get. She directed Cerberus to turn when Roulin told her and before she knew it, they were nearing a small motel. "We should dismount and walk the rest of the way," she said. "And in order not to scare the manager or the patrons, we can tell Cerberus to hide somewhere until we need him."

Itachi noded to her as he released amayas hadn so she could sit wherever and took his glass of alcohol from jeannie. He took a few sips before taking a seat himself across from jeannie. He then took another bigger swig of the wine before he spoke again. " Well it is quite good i must confess i dont drink too often but i can taste the quality of this. Usually i dont feel much like drinking, im not a drinker like that satan owl will, the nerve of him to show up for training drunk. He did it just to bother me too adn well everyone else. After all it takes allot to get that man drunk hes been doing it for over a thousand years afterall." said itachi. The 2 people he spent most of his free time with were amaya and will so most of his stories included at least one of them.

Demios had stayed quiet most of the trip it was obvious how close the two of them were and he didn't want to interrupt them. When they got off cerberus he looked at them "I think it's time we hid" He said. He closed his eyes and the three of them glowed "Focus on an appearance you would like to use and it will become your form for the time being" He said. Demios had changed to look like a teenaged Australian surfer guy. It was an almost complete flip from his normal emo like appearance. His clothes even looked like the typical outfit. "Don't worry we should look and sound entirely different" He said his voice a bit more carefree and had the accent. "Spell should cover Cerbs too" He said. He knew that would be the last spell he used before he rested. For a few seconds his vision blurred from his exhaustion.

Jeannie looked at Itachi and smiled. "I haven't been able to get a good reading from Will...seeing how that it is, I believe your stories" she said with a smile. The smell of food was in the air as an elderly woman came into view, serving food. She lived in the hidden mansion and served Jeannie whenever she would come here. "It's just nice to get some rest. Seems like it wasn't even five minutes since New York and we were already fighting again" she told him. "I'm a psychic by the way" she told Itachi.

Roulin's features were pulled into a grin by the prospect of a shower and a nice place to sleep. Just the thought of sleeping was enough for the kid because he couldn't remember when he had a good night of it. Hopefully, the cement beds that all motels had would hold him comfortably and he wouldn't have nightmares about friends and family members. Without question, Roulin hopped off of the Cerberus and proceeded toward the little motel. Outside, it wasn't as bad as he thought it would be. Each of the three floors were lined with rooms. The doors hadn't been torn off by the police for some drug raid so that was good sign Roulin thought to himself. Inspections would continue once they got inside.
Now, came the disguises. He was more than certain that animals were allowed in the hotels. If not, Cerberus would protest and he would protest rather violently. As he passed into the light of the main lobby, his form changed just as Demios said it would. He took on the form of a business suited, five foot seven asian teenager. The frames atop his face were only illusions, but Roulin still felt the need to push them up. He resisted. The only one left to be cloaked now was Cecilia. He awaited her to both arrive and set up their rooms.

Itachi noded to jeannie before replying to her. " Yes well he is satan wol after all you probably wouldnt want to know whats going on inside his head. Yes I figured you were a phychic by you knowing mine and amaya's names when I have never seen or heard about you before the meeting. My name could be found easily enough im sure but amaya hasnt done anything for a spotlight so knowsing her name was more odd. Still it was just a geuss up till now not like it really matters. So if you dont mind me asking what phycic abilities do you have?" asked itachi. He knew that amaya had several of them so he wondered what this one could do.

Jeannie looked at Itachi as she began to make a plate of food. "Help yourself to some food if you two like" she said before digging in. When he asked his question she swallowed her food put one finger up as she took another sip of wine to wash it down. "I'm nothing like Amara, I a telepath and an empath, meaning I can transmit messages, read minds, cloak minds, project my mind into others, ect and sense and sway people's feelings. Though I try not to let my abilities define my life, most of my business partners don't even know that I'm an OWL" she told him.
Aeon looked at the lights and at Moli and Gaeta. "Well I've always wanted to come here, too bad we're here under the circumstances. I have a card where we can charge for a hotel room, Noel provided us with some quite some time ago" she said to him with a smile.
