Wind.
While it has slightly less power compared to most elements, thet speed at which ones can use these attacks makes up for that, and is great for stacking on damage, with multi hits.

Water All things need it to survive, it can strike like a hammer with the tsunami, and strangle life away with the flood. When you try to strike it it moves out of the way and rests again. It moves mountains, cuts the earth, rides the wind, soothes the desert, grants life to the plants, suffocates the fire, shimmers in the light and hides its secrets in the darkness. Beauty, and power. Benevolence, and cruelty. Providence, and poverty. The fickle element of water is used by everything, but is also a controller. Tremble before it's awesome might!
