Cassie sighed placing the sunglasses back on her nose and glanced down at the fox form of Felicia rubbing her cheek against Cassie's legs. She sighed, thinking that foxes were technically in the canine family yet Felicia acted more like a cat. She was tempted to snap-her instinct told her to snap, she quite frankly wasn't in a good mood. However, Cassie knew if she actually did snap it would make things worse and end up with Dmitri smoothing it out for her.
"Now you didn't hear it from me, but Dmitri is actually fairly smart," Cassie said. "I am the type who generally likes my space when I am upset... maybe it is just because I am like my brother like that."

Felicia made one more round an shifted to her human form. "Funny I thought it would please you that I didn't listen to him... I didn't like how he and Myth simply dismiss your feelings as being moody and that just didn't sit well with me" she fold her arms a wagged her tail quickly as if agitated, "That just didn't sit well with me." Her tail's motion soften as she took a deep breath. "I just wanted to say, I'm sorry, I did not mean to upset you."

Cassie sighed and said, "I'm not that petty. And Dmitri was right that it was best to just let me have my space when I'm this angry. I would rather my feelings be dismissed as me being merely moody than people prying into it."
She sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose and said, "It isn't that you upset me... I just was reminded of people I'd rather not remember. I'm not that different from my brother, believe it or not. We both are the type to hold grudges at people who have hurt or betrayed us."

There was still the issue of the potential hook-up of him and Cassandra but at the moment Sebastian himself isn't even aware of that. Best not upset that balance right now. "Well, I think I'll skip the workout this time. A rare event, I know but it has been an exhausting day and resting is just as important as training is." Dean said to Sebastian and walked off." Never looked so forward to a bath in my life before." ((ooc: what time is it in the RP anyway?" ))

Sebastian nodded to Dean. "Everyone's had a rough night before, Dean. Catch some sleep." He continued his search online. After a moment, he found an interesting article about crossbows. He skimmed over the page. Strong, but not efficient enough for Sebastian. He pulled out a piece of paper and began to draw crossbow designs on it. Small, no larger than the length of your hand. Automatic reloading. Specialized bolts. A funny idea, but how efficient would it be? He shook his head and continued looking online for ideas.

Felicia, looked toward Cassandra and responded, "Although I may agree with holding a grudge. I shall leave you to your space. I said what I needed to and that's what I came here to do, at least. I'll ... see you later."
She shifted to her fox form and darted back to the mansion back where she left Dmitri. It seemed as though she felt she had to be more formal with Cassandra now she has returned. She was hoping to have fun, go shopping, laugh together, like it was before she was taken. The fox really missed just hanging out with Cassie without having her guard up on watch what she says. She really wished she wasn't this go-between with Cassie and Dmitri.
The fox found Dmitri and shifted into her human form. She let out a sigh, with her ears down and said, "You were right. I'm sorry I doubted you."

Dmitri had sighed when he saw Felicia go and once he was left to his own devices decided to explore some, finding many classrooms and eventually he stumbled across the library where he picked up a book on classical mythology and was reading when he sensed Felicia enter the room and he looked up from the book and listened to what she said.
"Me right? About what? Cassie?" Dmitri asked. He shook his head, "Not entirely... and you know you'll just make your relationship with her worse by befriending me."
He set the book down beside him and said, "Besides, judging by the fact she didn't actually lash out at you physically... because I doubt she'd use her powers to lash out, considering... I say I was partially wrong. I thought she might lash out more. Her brother is that type... then again, in some ways more pressure is put on him and Cassie is more of a leader by nature than he is." He sighed and said, "And, it isn't unusual for someone to only want the best side of themselves to be seen. I don't think the X-men mindset is one to encourage holding grudges."Location: The library

 Jason RichterLOCATION: NYC, MRD HQ Roof.Without waiting for a reply, Jason had walked up the ramp into the jet. As Millie walked in behind him, he sat down on a luxurious chair that one might find in the first class of a regular plane. The entire jet was designed as such, to be first class and comfortable. He nodded to a guard who in turn spoke to the pilot. The jet began to take off, and Jason turned on a TV set. It was playing the news. It showed an image of him, saying he had taken head of the MRD. "That's such an awful picture of me. Don't you think?" he said to no one in particular. They would be flying for a few hours, so he might as well get comfortable.CURRENT POWERS

"I've never had anyone decide who I befriend because of someone else and I'm not going to let that effect me. I'm both your friend and Cassie's friend and hopefully some day I won't have to worry about you guys clashing. I don't want to point fingers but she's the main source of all of this tension. Ofcourse I see you've been testing your boundaries but I get the feeling she blows things out of proportion. I don't approve of holding grudges either... it's a bigger relief to just let it go and let it slide off your shoulder."

Dmitri smiled at Felicia's words and then laughed a little, "Well, I did technically stalk her halfway across the globe. And considering she was staying in my apartment-slash-cell in Genosha I'm sure she might have come across some awkward artwork of mine. I mean it is normal stuff as an artist but I doubt she'd see it that way..."
"Anyways, I agree with you about holding grudges," Dmitri added. "It isn't very healthy, but I think some people aren't as capable of forgetting the wrongs against them. Her brother is worse, I think partially by nature, but partially because in Genosha holding grudges at least for the Brotherhood is the kind of thing that is nurtured."
He shrugged and said, "I don't know, I can't really hold grudges myself. And personally, I admire the people who have been wronged but don't hold grudges. Funny that I end up falling for Cassie like I have all things considered. I mean she isn't exactly good for me, if I think about it, even if she would give me a chance."

"Welll, I'm glad I'm not in Genosha, that's for sure. Too many people brooding about humans is not something I could get used to. Especially since my folks love me so much and I care about them.
I hope we can rescue them soon, who knows what the MRD may have in store for them. I keep wondering late at night at times, what could they possibly want from them? Why hold them in captivity if all they're detectors will point out that they're human period?"
Her tail wagged a bit as she started to worry about her folks.

"A fair number of people chose to get their memories erased to forget the bad, so it isn't as many brooding in hatred as you would think," Dmitri answered. "Personally, I left my Mom without even having a chance of saying good-bye due to circumstances so I'm not sure how she would have reacted. I joined the Brotherhood, not out of overwhelming hatred for anyone, but because I admired and wanted to help Warp."
He sighed and looked at the book case listening as Felicia explained about her parents being taken by the MRD. It irked him but it sent a sense of dread down his spine as well, since he knew at least towards mutants, such as Eris and Erida, what they were capable of. "It generally isn't MRD policy to take people without the X-gene unless they were obstructing capture of a mutant," Dmitri said. "Turn yourself in and that would probably end in their release. Though, you've made things worse by finding the X-men and also a former Brotherhood member. They might not release them. Leverage is useful and the MRD aren't ones full of morals... and with this new head..."
He sighed and said, "The only thing that would probably save them from MRD custody is an attack of some sort or an exchange, at this point of a mutant of what would be deemed 'high value'. Either someone with a fair amount of information or a power interesting enough to study or a trait of some sort that sets the mutant apart... such as identical twins with the same power. Actually if you dumped me on the MRD's doorstep you might actually get your parents back. Dump Cassie there I can guarantee it because not only is her powers unique and highly dangerous she is Warp's kryptonite."
"Granted with me, I won't just let you hand me over for various reasons, but I bet you could get Cassie to try and help you out doing that... actually that is a bit of a gamble. She might not like me particularly well but handing over me to MRD isn't exactly 'cool'," Dmitri said with a shrug. "Anyways, you could always try to ambush me while I'm sleeping or something. The exchange might be enough to get your parents back."

Felicia tilted her head as he explained that there were some people who wanted their memories erased. She couldn't imagine herself doing that but, she was certain there would be others who would not feel the same way. She wondered briefly, if Cassie had forgotten the people who had wronged her and the people she affected would allow her to cope with things better? Would she still be the same Cassie? Would this better Dmitri's chances to get to know her? Would her power still have it's hold on him?
Then Dmitri went on to explain how she could save her parents in exchange for one of her team mates. If it means saving her parents, could she really go through with it? "No I couldn't do that... Would they take me in exchange? They were after me to begin with right? I must be of some value to them to have them go through the trouble to begin with right?"

"Like I said, joining the X-men and now getting to know me is probably one of the worst things you did in hopes for a simple exchange," Dmitri answered. "Also, I know people who have been in MRD custody for years... granted due to their unique traits they were more test subjects, but if your parents actually cared about you they wouldn't want you to risk that sort of thing anyways for you."
"If you turned yourself in at this point I could pretty much guarantee they would keep your parents until you gave up the rest of the X-men," Dmitri said. "Like I said I would probably be your best chance for a straight exchange to get your parents back-besides Cassie or one of the other more powerful X-men. Logically it would make sense to use me to save your parents..."
"Or maybe you should bring up the issue again with Miss Frost now that things have calmed down some," Dmitri said. "Honestly, Cassie and I could turn an entire MRD force into puppets as long as they don't get collars on either of us. I know Cassie isn't particularly fond of her power and to have it amplified... but it would be a fairly harmless 'attack'. Problem is do we know which MRD base your parents are being held."
