8/10. I think that black pants and NovaFlare or SolarFlare shoes would be nice touches. Also, you might want to check out some head tattoos. I'm particularly fond of gold, myself.. whee

the gold from the bracelet and the flute stand out because of their gold colours
and the fairy dust thing doesn't really match all too well
edit: and the bottom is a little too dark, maybe some white tattoos?
