*A man steps in rather casually. He wears the robes of a minister and carries a book in his left hand. As if paying no attention to anyone here he makes his way to the center of the room then stops.*

*He clears his throat then raises the book eye level and like two inches from his face beginning to read*

Dear people we are gathered here today, to celebra-

*He stopped abruptly and looked over the people, then shaking his head he closed and lowered the book. With a brief shrug he spoke once more*

No one getting married? I'm always late.

*Out of nowhere he hiccups causing his glasses to slide down his nose slightly. His eyes glazed beyond normal drunkiness though somehow he holds his body straight. Pushes the dark glasses back at their resting spot he sighed*
