Shuppy would offer help with it if he could, but all of his attention will be occupied with holding together whatever last minute nonsense he comes up with....
That last statement by Fallen has greatly confused Shuppy...She meant the state, he thought he meant the city, about the state he doesn't mean what he said.

Fallen laughs. It'll be okay. She thanks Shuppy for the concern.
Fallen laughs. She did, indeed, mean the state, she hadn't though of the city. She wouldn't live there.. She likes the rain a lot, but doesn;t know many people who agree with her.

No problem there, being concerned is one of the few things that Shuppy is an expert at!
Shuppy shudders, that city is a horrible place to be avoided at all costs, Shuppy is sure that the state on the other hand is a wonderful place. Shuppy doesn't dislike the rain, it often doesn't effect what he does in any manner great enough for him to have an opinion on it.
Shuppy laughs. He made Fallen laugh TWICE!

Fallen isn't sure if that's a good thing or not..
Fallen loves Washington. But leaving Oregon to leave there might not be good. Fallen hasn;t been to the city before.
Fallen surpresses a giggle. How happy people get when she laughs..
Fallen walks in the rain whenever she can. She LOVES it, lol.

Neither is Shuppy, more often than not....
For what reason might it not be good, Fallen?
Fallen should be happy that she hasn't been to the city before, it's not really all that great.
Shuppy starts laughing again, making people happy usually makes Shuppy happy, usually he brings people down a little bit.
As Shuppy said last night he's going to have to do it barefoot the next time he possibly can, it sounds like too much fun to pass up. (I think I'm going to check the weather to find out if it's going to be raining more anytime soon)

It can be both.
Fallen has always lived in Oregon. It is her home. She has traveled across the country, but never staying somewhere outside Oregon for over a month. The change might be a bit drastic for Fallen.
Fallen doesn;'t want to see the city, though it would be different , lol.
Fallen doesn';t see Shuppy as someone who'd bring people down.
lol. Fallen finds it funny. None of her other friends would be likely to try it, they don't like the rain.. and want it to go away..

Aah, Shuppy sees, it still sounds pretty exciting. How would the change be a bit drastic, it's not like it's that far away, is it? Although it might just be a product of Shuppy being within an easy hour of three states, and could walk into Virginia in less than five minutes if he chose to do so.....
Different, yes. Good, no.
Shuppy does it often though, and it often upsets him verily. The last time he did this the people who were trying to make him feel better stopped in the middle of a sentence and told Shuppy that he has really pretty eyes, it made him laugh, to say the least.
Nope, Shuppy doesn't mind it, at least not that much.

Oregon doesn't have sales tax, for one. Washington does, and no one seems to know what it is.. form those who live and work there. She shrugs. She just thinks it would be weird for her.
Fallen laughs.
Fallen laughs. She's sorry about what happened, but the end is funny.
Fallen smiles. Much is an opinion.

Oregon doesn't have a sales tax, and here we thought that the only state not to have one was Delaware! Shuppy sees now.
Yes, that was a rather odd incident, she was trying to help then all of a sudden, "Benjamin, you have really pretty eyes." The only thing I could do was laugh........

Fallen laughs. There are only 2 or 3 states without it, but there's a higher property tax, I believe, so it kinda evens out.
lol, Ja. I'd probably do the same.
Fallen smirks, half evilly. Then she shrugs and laughs softly. Does Shuppy like dancing?

Shuppy smiles. Now he gets it, he never could understand how the infrastructure of those states was able to be maintained without a property tax, now he gets it!
Well, that makes Shuppy feel much better about it.

Fallen laughs. She has helped with something. Yay.
Fallen is glad Shuppy feels better.
Fallen shakes her head. She doesn't like dancing. Her teacher made her class do it so that things wouldn't get too boring. Now her mom wants her to.. Fallen is sorry. She will if Shuppy wants.

Fallen thinks that's funny, she didn't think she could do that..
Fallen looks at Shuppy like he's crazy. Shuppy doesn;t think Fallen cares about him? Fallen cares about all her friends..
Fallen shrugs. She just wanted to know.

Of course she could, helping someone like Shuppy isn't hard as long as you manage to avoid offending them in the process.
Of course Shuppy thinks that Fallen cares about him, he just finds it touching when he hears it directly from them.
