Luo sighed as he worked with the water blade in his hand. "You know, I think I'm going to go to the rain village and attempt to learn their umbrella style. I think it will be useful. And I agree, we need a medic-nin bad. I suggest Rahenno from Sand. He was a pretty good medic, and I'm sure he's a jounin by now." As he spoke, he decided to begin by operating with his eyes open, his lines perfect, as he now had the time to focus purely on striking. His strikes were better as his lines got better, but he knew he was capable of more. (5/8 )
As Luo continued his training, after about an hour, he was getting used to the strikes. To test himself, he blind folded himself as usual and practiced striking. In his mind, he could literally envision the strike spots as his blade hit each spot with precision. After another hour of this, Luo removed the blind fold to stare at his work. He had perfected striking. "Now to move on to the chakra blade." (6/8 )
As Luo's sapphire blue aura rose, he attempted to create the chakra blade. As he surged chakra to the water blade, it seemed to backfire as the chakra exploded. He needed to compress it more, and factor in better chakra control. With a sigh, he tried again. (7/8 )
This time, Luo did not flex his chakra aura, instead opting to quickly, efficiently, and carefully surge chakra through his hands and up the water blade. As he did so, it came about well. He then extended it slowly to its full length and width, and without fail, the chakra blade was created. With a grin, Luo nodded. "Perfect. Time for me to get to the speed" (8/8 )

Stage Six Jounin
The speed of the user rises dramatically, and is so fast that normal people can barely keep track. The user is now a blur when in motion. The only ninja capable of watching the user are taijutsu specialist of a high level, and doujutsu users that specifically give them the ability to see/predict movements. However, the user cannot keep up this speed for long because his muscles will slowly begin to tear apart, leaving the user incapable of using them. The strength of the user is now at it's limits. Nothing can stop the blade of the user, except for a very few jutsu, weapons, and ninja. Normal steel can be cut through easily. The strength of the user, though, is not used fully correctly, wasting some effort and movement to access the strength of the user. So there is a great strain on the muscles when used too much, and this can stop the user's movements.
As Luo read the next stage, he sighed. "Well, better start running I guess." Luo began lapping around the dojo, choosing to slowly increase his speed, starting first at his jogging speed, and kept it up for a half-hour before increasing it. He figured if he increased his speed every half hour and kept it up, he'd be able to achieve the speed needed. (1/12)
As a half hour went by, Luo kicked it up a notch to his quick jogging speed. As he ran, he pulled a water bottle out and drank, placing back in. He was by no means tired, but he could feel his muscles beginning to have to work. (2/12)
As he completed his first hour, Luo sped up to a running pace, slower than his usual one. It was at this point Luo began to feel a bit of fatigue setting in as he ran. However, Luo knew how to power through it, and did so as he continued his pace. "Time to kick it up a notch," he thought to himself. (3/12)
Luo was now pushing it up to his normal running pace, regulating his breathing as he ran, drinking more water to keep him hydyated through the process. As he ran, a tiny smile began. It was the stress of training that he loved so much. And he was beginning to feel it. (4/12)
Luo was now quite literally sprinting as he neared the beginning of the third hour. "Keep going, keep going, keep going," he muttered as his training mantra as he continued the sprint. His heart rate had began to race before it finally regulated in the last moments of the sprint. That's when Luo knew his heart was getting used to it and it was time to go faster. (5/12)
Luo began pushing himself heavily as during his sprint, he realized he was in fact wearing weights, and they were hindering his speed. Taking them off while running, Luo's speed seemed to double as he ran faster than previously assumed, deciding to keep up with that pace for the end of the third hour. (6/12)
Luo then sped up slightly. His body felt as if it didn't know if it could take the speed up, but Luo shook his head muttering, "Keep going, keep going, keep going," as his heart now raced, his lungs struggling to keep up in order to deliver enough oxygen. (7/12)
Luo sped up once more, this time seeming have a leap in speed. His body was beginning to compensate for what he was putting it through, as his lungs began taking in more oxygen, and his heart pumped blood efficiently. He was sweating profusely but didn't let it get to him as he pushed himself to his limits. (8/12)
As he began the fifth hour, he sped up more as his muscles seemed to burn as if they were set ablaze. His heart and lungs were keeping up, but his muscles were now attempting to adjust to the strain, or rather warn him to stop. However, Luo knew his body better than that, and pressed through, gritting his teeth all the while running. (9/12)
Luo pressed on harder, faster, and with more perseverance than before as his muscles now felt as if blades were constantly slicing through them. The pain was straining, but Luo could sense that his movement had gone far beyond the normal speed of a shinobi. This gave him a boost in pride as he strode on, lapping around his friend. (10/12)
Beginning the sixth and final hour, Luo felt as if he could not take it anymore, but he shook his head as his eyes glanced over Zane. "If he can do it, there's no doubt I can," he said to himself as he pressed on. His heart and lungs had now fully adjusted, his muscles adjusted in the fifth hour, however in this hour, he could literally feel tearing beginning to occur. (11/12)
Luo then completely upped his speed to a new level. As he moved, tiny cracks split the ground on which he moved. He was now literally a blur. He kept it up for twenty five minutes until he felt and heard a ligament beginning to tear. "Five...more.....minutes," Luo said through gritted teeth. As he reached the last minute, he could feel the boundary between a ripped ligament begin to thin. He neared the last seconds, as his ligaments did the same. Finally, he stopped at a great halt, the wind behind him literally taking a minute to catch up as he hunched over on the ground, spitting and panting heavily. A second longer, and his legs would be useless. Rolling over onto his back, Luo laid on the cool ground breathing heavily, pouring water down his through. "Done," he said still panting. He then looked at Zane. "When I become a sannin, I'll be as fast as you are. And don't worry, no one will catch me," he muttered with a smile as he lowered his head once more. (12/12)

Luo nodded slowly before speaking. "Well, I would suggest allying with rain, sand, leaf, and grass. We know quite a few people in grass, the rain village is within our country, so it would be best to avoid a civil war, leaf has always been an ally, and because of what we did to help the former Kazekage, I'm sure sand is at least indebted to us with an alliance. By the way, since kumo is an ally and we know from the files that Masumi relocated there, why don't you send a letter with someone to Kazuo and ask that he send Masumi to perform a double eye transplant?"

A small, low whistle would be heard as Koushin entered the outside of the compound, standing just outside the border of the barrier. It was large, to say the least, and he found the area where he was to place the blood sample. Taking the blood, he smeared it over the seal, and watched as it absorbed the blood, and let him enter the compound. With a quick look around, his eyes caught the flight of an Eagle, who promptly disappeared from view. Shaking his head, he looked around, hoping to find the Mizukage, and deliver the scroll.
(Sorry 'bout the wait. Had to find some noms.)

Koushin blinked. At first, he was silent, listening to the words of the Mizukage as he read from the scroll. After he was done, all Koushin could do was blink. Blink, and accept the headband. "...Mizukage-sama..." Were the first words out of his lips, but even then, he couldn't get any more words out for a few seconds. "Thank you." He managed to get out eventually, looking at the headband for a few seconds. "I'll wear this with pride." Koushin nodded at Zane, a smile on his lips. Taking the bands of cloth, he placed it right upon his forehead, over his hair, and tied it securely behind his head.
