Scout Name/Villain Pseudonym: Vicious

Character Age: 18

Character Description (for made-ups only): He stands at around 6 feet weighing about 170 pounds. The short black hair is normally spiked, but at times it is left untouched. Vincent also has a goatee which is not too long. The green eyes of his seem to be always tired, but still cautious. The dark tanned skin is covered with a black, button up, collared shirt along with a set of blue jeans. He also normally wears a gloves with steel platings on the insides. His face might seem rugged, but Vincent can still have an attractive appeal.

Character Transformation:
Vicious Revelation - His body is encased by black, almost skin-tight type of armor. Shoulder plates, along with arm plates have a single spike stretching upwards on them. The chest plate has an foreign symbol on it, only Vicious is able to comrehend the meaning of the engravement. Along with the armor, the black cape reaches down to his feet and can be taken off at any time
Weapons: Steel plated gloves covering his fists. He doesn't like the fact of using weapons, but will if he must.

Attacks:

ScatterShot - He places his hands on his chest, gathering his energy throughout his body. The energy is then shot off in all directions; as in ballistics. The power of the blasts are weak and are meant to keep enemies away from him.

Pain - Inflicts his own pain onto other enemies. Has to actually grab hold of the opponent and extract his pain into them.

Atonement - Uses all of his own 'aura' to heal his physical injuries. Tends to drain Vicious completely and make him rather hungry.

Shockwave Pulsar - Gathering his own energy and the pain that he has encountered, Vicious slams his fist into the ground and creates a shockwave of energy to extremely hurt those around him. This attack is a last resort and is rarely used.

Character Background: His nickname Vicious was soon given to Vincent due to his 'vicious' tactics and rather cruel ways. Although his reputation is rather evil, Vincent does show mercy to those who he thinks deserve it. He acts on his own thoughts and will rarely listen to what others have to say.

He walked amongst the sidewalk at a rather slow pace, having no real destination to be. His fingers felt the coarse wall beside him, sliding across the surface as his feet kept on moving. His eyes were half-closed, dull and seemingly lifeless. His face was no different, a barely a particle of emotion was found on it. His body felt the presence of other individuals that were different, and it yearned to seek them out.

The commotion found in the place, it will be good cover for now. He was not the only opposing force here, there were others that wished to cause a certain harm. They all stood in his way and Vicious would fight them all if he had to.

He laid in his bed motionless. That youma had hit him harder than he would have thought. Though the damage wasn't physical, it played a great impact on his mind. The half closed eyes continued to stare up at the ceiling. Arms were set under his head to act somewhat like a pillow. I need to just get up and do something, lying around is just a waste of time. He tried to take his own advice but he still laid there.

Ami's car screeched to a park into a lot a little distance away from the Crown Arcade. Grabbing her henshin stick out of her purse, Ami ducked down.

"Mercury Crystal Power Make Up!!"

Straightening up, she got out of the car when no one was looking, and raced towards the youma, the familiar blue visor sliding across her eyes. She hurtled around the corner and stopped, as she could finally see the arcade, and the youma with it.

"Hey!! Negacreep!! Over here!! Mercury Bubbles Blast!!"

The fog shot out and enveloped the area, giving the senshi a chance to slip closer to the arcade, and find out if Motoki was alright. When she got there, she noticed someone else standing there. She blinked and moved closer, trying to see who it was..

Aisu watched Sailor Mercury. "Hey! What's going on here? What IS that thing?"

The youma growled in frustration. It began to thrash wildly, searching for Mercury.

The fog enshrouded the man. His visage was incased with armor which now had vapor growing on it. It was nothing to him, his body still able to sense the amount of energy that radiated in the area. His hand moved forth from his side, sticking straight out in front of Vicious.

The color blue eminated from the hand, it glowing with aura. It wouldn't be hard for anyone to see even through the mist. The once disfigured energy soon conjured itself into a perfect sphere of blue light. The hand that created this light tilted down ever so slightly. With a grit of his teeth, Vicious's body became tense and the sphere began to spi nat incredible rates. Soon it flew off, giving off a rebel that pushed Vicious's arm into the air. This basketball size of energy launched off to hit the floor. He had no intentions of harming anyone with it. He wanted to attention more than anything else at the moment.

The ball collided with the floor, a somewhat large explosion took process. Chunks of pavement flew into the air as the ball erupted like blue fire. Debris shot up as well, mixing in with the fog.

The fog dispersed due to the rush of air that was emitted from the attack. Vicious could now see, the youma only a few yards off in the distance. His arm stuck out once more as he prepared the same attack. This time he wouldn't want attention.

As he let the attack go to its destination, his body pushed back and sent the cape into the air. The spinning ball of energy ripped across the air in a straight line path to the youma with the intentions of killing it right then and there.

Minako took the apple juice, as she let Kou have the other. She took a sip, before carefully holding it in between her hands. The glass felt cool in her hands, as the ice quietly made a clinking noise as she twirled the glass in her hands. Taking another sip she then leaned forward, as she placed the glass on the coffee table.

Her attention was soon directed back to Kou, as he asked her something. "I guess we could watch the movie first." She responded, as she leaned back against the couch.

Kou nodded and climbed to his feet long enough to put the tape into the vcr. Naturally, whoever had rented it before hadn't bothered to rewind it so he had to stand and wait for it to rewind before starting it. He glanced over his shoulder at Minako with an apologetic smile.

"Finally." He stated, starting the movie then settling on the couch next to her. "Are you sure that you're okay?" He whispered to her as he got comfortable next to her.

Aisu was surprised that the new person seemed to be on their side. "Who are you?"

Nothing was left of this so called monster. It was nothing but practice for Vicious. He would even go as far as saying it was a waste of time. The girl who produced the mist was something different though. She seemed to possess great power.

His attention was then altered when he heard someone's voice. "Who am I? I'm just a warrior." He had nothing more to say on that topic and had nothing more to do with that woman. Sailor Mercury was his new target and hopefully nothing would stand against him.

He took another step forth, drawing closer to the Senshi. He wouldn't do anything that would consider him as a threat just yet.

Aisu didn't know what to say. When she saw the man walking over to Mercury, she jumped in front of her, not knowing why but feeling the need to protect someone. "Whoever you are, unless you are a friend, do not come any closer."

"Your threat means nothing to me. If you are smart, which I doubt, you'll stand aside and let me do my bidding." He didn't stop because of her, Vicious now having himself a new target to take care off. Sparks flew through his body, the light blue streaks moving easily along the black chest plate
