Expeditionary Light (1x1 pokemon rp-me&InuHalfDemon30)

'He does...and i know it.' Umbreon said as he followed after Luxio.

"I bet he doesn't." Luxio said then saw his trainer. He calmed down seeing her. He walked over to her. Kaoru smiled down to her Luxio. "Hey Luxio. Are you ok?" She asked concerned. She kneeled down in front of him to check him over. She kissed his forehead before leading him in to the pokemon center.

Reno was in the stands at the front row as the competition was about to start. All 3 of his pokemon were on the railing looking to see who was going in the first round. Reno was assured it was gonna be Kaoru.

Kaoru blushed as another male coordinator compliented her kimono. She looked down to her Luxio. "Thanks for helping me pick this out, Luxio. I hope I don't trip and Reno likes my kimono and preformance." She said nervous. Luxio smiled calmly up to his trainer. He nuzzled her leg and tried to tell her everything will be all right. "And now can we have Kaoru on the stage?!" The female trainer gulped then ran out with Luxio. Both had smiles and stopped in the center. Kaoru took a deep breath and said, "Make this stage light up, Luxio." Luxio nodded then ran in a circle using charge. Showing off the built up his electricity. The sparks danced around Kaoru, who moved in time with her pokemon, "Now discharage." And Luxio discharged blue electricity and the sparks and light surrounded both him and his trainer. the sparks formed in to blue neon fowers that shined and floated down. Kaoru took and bow with Luxio and went back in to the waiting room. She sat down with a slump and Luxio sat next to her. "I wonder if that was good?"

Reno saw the judges talking and looked over at Umbreon. "Ok Umbreon go on ahead."
'RIght.'
"Good luck."
"Knock em out." Both Turtwig and Pichu said as umbreon nodded to them and jumped out onto the stage and ran into the waiting room where Kaoru was. He jumped up next to her and looked at her. 'Ready?'

Kaoru smild to Umbreon, "You know just as well as I do, I can't understand you. But I'm fine and what happens now will decide if I go on." She said hugging both Luxio and Umbreon close. She listen to the annoucement about who were going on to the battle rounds. She almost choked when she was called in tenth. She smiled looking at the two, "Well I guess we are moving on."

Umbreon nodded. 'Time to prepare.' He said knowing he could not be heard by her. He jumped up on her shoulder then.

Kaoru blinked at the rules. She could only use another pokemon and her appeal pokemon. So that meant using Luxio and Umbreon only. Thankfully you could heal them between matches. "Ok guys change of plan it's your to that are going to do a double battle." She said unsure.

Umbreon nodded to Kaoru in approval. 'Ready for anything.'

Kaoru smiled down to the pokemon, "I believe you two will be fine. You both are strong and know what to do. I believe in you two." She said giving both a kiss to the forehead then leading them to their first double battle.

Umbreon stepped out onto the contest floor as he saw the opponents pokemon.



A Leafeon with a green bow in her hair.



And a Mine Jr. with a pluff ball around its neck.

Kaoru looked over the other pokemon. When judge started the time, Kaoru gave her commands. "Umbreon, Swift at the Mine Jr and Shinx quick attack Leafeon." She said

'She doesnt understand we need to combine our skills to impress the judges. Shinx change of plan. Quick attack through my swift at them like i did.' He said as he sent swift out at mine jr and some toward Leafeon.
(earlier Umbreon had used his quick attack in his swift to increase the stars power against the enemy.)

Kaoru frowned seeing her pokemon doing something different. She saw what Unbreon wanted to do. She shuck her head then said, "Luxio charge those stars up. Use Spark." She wanted to create the stars in to shock bombs. She smiled as the stars landed on the other two pokemon shocking them both.

'Hmm there she goes. Now she's got the hang of it.' He saw the opponents combination then. She has allowed her pokemon to recover and used Leafeon to use razorleaf and mime jr. to control the leaves into a tornado.
