[FIN] Calling the Shot

She looked at him a moment, wide eyed, then shook her head, her face red, though she giggled. "Nope," she said loftily, reaching over to poke his stomach.

"Hey!" Yuri exclaimed when he poked her stomach, a grin spreading across his face. So that's how she wanted to play it huh? Well two could do that.

Thus Yuri poked her back.

She smiled brightly at his reaction, but looked confused as he poked her back, earning himself a short squeal of giggles and a squirm. Again, she poked him, but she was quick to move away. However, the move meant her foot getting caught in the couch cushion, which meant her tumbling toward the floor in front of the fire. At which she laughed.

Yuri's grin broadened at the string of giggles from Dove. However, when she poked him again and tried to get away, he would have none of that! Thus he quickly tried to grab her, which wasn't too hard when her foot got caught on the cushion. However, it also meant that he went tumbling onto the floor with her.

Dove continued to laugh, even more so as Yuri toppled to the floor after her. With bright, excited eyes, she grabbed for the blanket off of the armchair--thankfully not off of the arm that Lovey now lay curled, blinking wearily at them-- and pulled it over her head, wrapping herself up in a cocoon of sorts to prevent Yuri from offering any further attack.

"Oh come on," Yuri said with a teasing voice as she wrapped herself up in the blanket.

He sat back and pondered a moment his plan of attack. Dark eyes spying her feet and reaching for those to see if she was ticklish.

The second he touched her feet, she squealed again and tucked them up under the blanket with her, only her toes and a small portion of her face showing. Still giggling, and her cheeks flushed, she stuck her tongue out at him and winked.

Welp, that answered that question. Yuri grinned smugly at her reaction, even as she stuck her tongue out at him.

Her toes were still there though, thus he went after those next.

"Can't hide under that blanket forever," he told her.

She made a silly face at his smug expression, trying not to giggle, but gasped and playfully kicked at him as he went after her toes, before drawing her legs as close to her as she could to hide her feet under the blanket...

...and rolling over onto her side in one simple motion, unable to keep her balance with her feet so drawn up. ....At which she only giggled harder.

"Pffft... you're so drunk," Yuri stated as he watched her roll over. Really, this was very very silly and so funny. But then he really wasn't one to talk at the moment either.

With her feet having disappeared he pondered anew, and then gently jabbed a finder at her side. Even if she was under the blanket there was no way she wouldn't feel the prodding.

"No 'm not..." she told him, muffled by the blanket now pulled up over half of her face. "Yoooou are."

She watched him carefully as he seemed to think things over, then blinked as he jabbed lightly at her side. Her eyes widening, she squirmed, then wiggled, kicking her feet playfully at him again. "Noooooooo!"

Again Yuri scoffed at her words, catching Doves feet as she kicked at him.

"Not as drunk as you are~" he said in a sing-song voice.

"But you know what?" He asked then leaned down to lower his voice as if telling her a secret. "I kinda like you like this. You're a lot of fun."

She gasped when he caught her feet and went still. Completely, ridiculously still, her eyes wide like a cornered kitten. "...You practiced."

She tensed a little as he leaned down to her, shivering a little at his whispered voice in her ear. It tickled. But not all bad. What he said was even better! "I told you I was fun... a looooong time ago," she whispered back, peeking up at him.

"So? Still means you're drunker than me." And his grammar was obviously breaking down some. But care he did not.

He then laughed and released her feet. Laying down on the floor next to her with his chin resting in one hand as he looked at her.

"Guess I needed some convincing."

"Ooookay..." she sighed, resigned, though with a smile. Was she drunk? Yes, she was drunk, she thought. But she didn't care. He was nice and this was fun.

When he released her feet, she wiggled her toes and looked to him as he lay next to her. This was comfy. And he was nice. And the floor was comfy. And the fire was waaaarrrmmm. She sighed again, this time contently. "And now you know!" she grinned, letting her eyes close.
