He'd heard the cut-off sound of being called into the office before the boy opened the door fully for him to enter. Stepping around him slowly, the black-haired Hatake looked directly into the eyes of the tall dark-skinned male standing in the room with the other two he saw. Approaching the man he tilted his head upwards to look at him for a moment before speaking in a quiet tone, his childlike voice echoing throughout the room softly. "Hello...my name is Nobuyuki Hatake, I recently graduated the Academy and was told to come here to retrieve both my headband and a squad I'd be working with." With that said he stepped back slightly, crossing his arms over his stomach within his kimono top while he waited for the man to respond to his words.

Nodding, Yumi would reach into the desk to grab a headband and would place it upon the desk in the direction of Nobuyuki, "Welcome to Konoha's military. Although I will have to place a pause on the request for a squad. You shall hear of placement for one by at most next week."

With his salute done he turned on his heel, giving a polite bow to the two others in the room before exiting out of the door. Walking slowly down the steps he crossed his arms over his stomach within his Kimono, looking at the secretary with a smile before opening the doors to the front of the Hokage's building. Turning to the right he began to head over to the academy at a steady pace, not wanting to rush to the area he needed to be at right now. "--"--

Kotaro once again walked into the office walking past another genin. "I perfected the jutsu a lot faster then I had originally thought. However it would be impossible to show you in less we had an actual enemy. I wouldn't dare use this technique against a leaf ninja unless it was exams." He said shrugging, in truth he wanted to use it but that would be his trump card, only used against enemy's or if desperately needed.
✘XXXXXThe newly graduated Genin Hiruma Yoichi made his way towards the well known building called the "Hokage's Office". Hiruma arrived at the building with no difficulties but once inside it seemed as if he was getting stopped every couple of feet to get asked of his identity and reasoning for being here. It was bothersome to say the least, but the male didn't let it get to him. Apparently since he has such an overwhelming presence he came off as a Jounin ranked shinobi to sensor types. Eventually he made it to the top floor however and heard voices coming from the office before he even saw it. As Hiruma neared the room he noticed that the door was left wide open and according to the conversations he was hearing, there was nothing serious going on in the room which should mean he was allowed to just enter right? After clearing his throat the male walked into the office and took note of the small crowd that was gathered here. Shortly after his entering of the room, another teenager he presumed received a headband and left to potentially go train, or so that's what he thought. Once Nobuyuki left the room Hiruma turned his attention back to the male behind the desk which he guessed was the Hokage for he had never seen him before, only hearing stories and gossip. Keeping quiet the Genin waited his turn.

Yumi looked up as Kotaro returned from what he assumed was his training. That was good that he was finished but sadly Yumi hasn't been able to quite leave the office yet. "I am to hear. The thing that I will be teaching you, is the "Eight Gates". Just like the technique that you just learned, you must have the same caution in using this technique. For with power gained, it causes great damage to the body. Especially those that are not of the Taijutsu persuasion." Yumi said softly though would look up as another youth that entered, "Welcome to the office. Are you here for your headband?" A thought popped into his head at the last possible moment when caused him to speak out, "Do I get to choose the color..? If so, could I get a dark purple please." Hiruma wasn't sure how that sort of thing worked out, such as if colors were based on rank or shinobi type and what not.

Yumi chuckled a little to the youth and shook his head as he put a plain black headband upon the desk, "Not yet. Although make it to Chuunin, and you are free to customize as you see fit." Yumi said, lifting up his head some to show his white clothed headband, with the metal plate black and the insignia white. A memoir for a organization he created and had once been in during his younger Jounin years.
✘XXXXXHiruma would nod at the Hokage's statement. It didn't really matter to him, he had expected as much. Stepping forward, he reached out and scooped the headband off the desk and tied it loosely around his neck and placed it under his scarf and stepped back. "I have one more question. When I got accepted into the academy, my katana was confiscated by the teachers saying I wasn't allowed to have it for some reason and to ask for it back after I had graduated, but when I did so, they claimed to have no memories of that incident. That blade was once my fathers and I would greatly be appreciated if it was returned, sir. Can you do something about it?" If he couldn't get his weapon back he would be a bit upset and probably ask for reimbursement of some kind since he kinda needed a katana, being a samurai and all.

After hearing the predicament that Hiruma spoke of Yumi sat back puzzled. Usually, Academy Teachers don't take away a child's blade. They at least didn't take away Yumi's when he was there; and despite him being the Hokage's son at the time, they were harder on him than anyone else because of that, so his namesake wouldn't have saved him from his blade being confiscated. "Hmmm... Check the older parts of the Academy that has been closed off to be renovated. It is something of a storage unit for now until we can open it up and make it bigger." Yumi finally responded, "If it would be anywhere, it might be there."
It was obvious that the Sannin's words were to redirect him into rethinking his decision. Without being stubborn he nodded in agreement and interpretation of the mission's seriousness. "Fine...I'll come back when I'm ready. Give me a week, I'll have the team and everything together....promise." Another cheesy smile was given. This office was a little too tight for Gabriel's style. Too many people talking.

To be honest, he was hoping the Hokage would have it or something along those lines but his response was better than him not even having a clue. Yumi decided that if no one else needed him he would do some training himself. If he was to take on the mantle of Hokage, he truly wished to ensure that he was at the strongest level possible of a shinobi. Standing up, Yumi would depart from the office, locking the door behind him and speaking to the secretary if he was needed send them to his home out in the country. Although of course, if the village itself was in dire need, Yumi would need to be told via bird and then village alert systems followed. Something he hoped they wouldn't have to use for quiet a while but admittedly Yumi had concern about that Han individual that has not been seen since the disappearance of the past Hokage. Come to think of it, not long after he left Kusa, did his late wife disappear. Personally, he doesn't think that she would have been attacked by someone of the village given her relations with it, so the only alternative was Han and whatever he may have planned. It was a very concerning aspect for Yumi.
Sighing and shaking his head some, Yumi would try not to think too much on it. A bit heartbroken that his first love was taken, and revenge would come with haste, but admittedly he would not make a move that would jeopardize his village. If in fact, he... or "it", had something to do with her disappearance.
