Gin focused on everyone, from her eye view to her peripheral view. Keeping tabs on everyone, watching sudden movements. She saw shikayumi move back into a more shadowed spot, and saw a man the was watching her so closely... Waiting. She gazed upon him and the girl with her focus on everyone as well, but the man. He has something in his hand that looked like.. A bone ? 'Hmm...' Gin heard the girls words. "Oh dearly girl. I've been studying you as well during the exams.. How you hide in the shadows to control the opponent. But to be truthful, your loyalty to your village concerns me not. I just never asked or cared." Gin jumped backwards going onto the tree branch behind her.
Michael heard the young Chuunin and nodded. Looking back at Gin he let out a growl as his left hand had something form in it. "This is your last warnin' leave the presence of our gates or suffer your consequenses." The cube formed and in his hand he held his bloodline technique, a Jinton cube, and out of his back his wings sprouted, ready for action. His right hand still had the sword so he was ready for anything.
Yumi's eyes left briefly from Gin to look back as it seemed that Haruko had returned and dawning her new title as well. He would hope that she would not be needed for one shinobi, but this shinobi seemed rather persistent in not leaving. Something that was waning on even Yumi's level of patience! Beckoning one of the guards that stayed ontop of the gates, Yumi would speak, "Talk to the carpenter about that job I wanted him to complete. Tell him, I want it completed within the next few hours. We may have to utilize that facility very soon." The guard blinked to the vagueness of Yumi's order but would not question it as he took off towards the outer portion of Konoha.
Yumi's attention was diverted back to the foot of the gates only when Shikayumi spoke out about the girl and what she was. "A Jiongu, huh? I have never had the pleasure of meeting one but I have heard of their...irritability in finding death's door. Those tendrils and bring her distance in her attacks as well as stealth if uitlized correctly." Yumi thought to himself before responding to Shikayumi, []"I thank you for that enlightenment Shikayumi. That enlightenment gives me the detail I need to make a correct imprisonment for her should she continue to remain." Yumi said softly as he looked o Gin who not only threatened but also was not making her way out, "Although I will have to deny your offer. Or at the very least, have War join you in the escort. But I feel that my request for her to leave is not going through enough." Yumi responded, as he allowed Gin to perform a jutsu that, he was all too familiar with. "Tori" or "Bird" seal, that makes an instantaneous teleportion from one location to the next. From Yumi's experience, the max distance he's made with the jutsu was one mile away. There were other flaws in the technique and her utilization of one, was mostly one of a novice. "Did she recently learn this technique? She is wasting chakra." Yumi though, wondering what this girls game was or if truthfully, she was just plain insane.
Yumi had hoped Gin would have utilized the "Lightening Instantaneous" to leave and depart as he asked, but the most baffling thing occurred! Instead of leaving she utilized the same jutsu to not get further from the group but return back to have a conversation with one of his shinobi! As if the blatant requests and statements of her trespassing were going through one ear and out the next. First an attempted attack on that gates equals the first strike. Then comes the disregard of a simple request to depart until proper authorities are achieved being disregarded equaling strike two. The final strike, was threat to his shinobi. Now.. he would not need to be hospitable any longer.
"No more..." Yumi said softly as he lightly canted his head towards Haruko, "ANBU commander... I think you will receive your first charge." He said as, almost as a mockery to this forced guest, Yumi pictured the location of the pathway that leads into Konoha in his mind and formed a single seal of "Tori". Performing the correct and more experienced method of utilizing the same technique, his body disappeared in a wisp of electricity to reappear in the area he focused on, but upon reappearing Yumi's clothes began to ripple and mass of his muscles seemed to flex as if getting bigger. The Hokage's cloak whipping wildly about as the headband that kept Yumi's locks together slowly drifted off with electricity fiercely coursing through the metal on the cloth, leaving his locks to float freely. With that in addition to the demon Uchiha's face contorted into fury, it would be a drastic almost hellish look in comparison to the calm or happier look that Yumi usually has.
"I have shown patience and offered you a chance to freedom. You replied with childish antics that I would more so expect from an Academy Student. I cannot allow such acts to continue before my presence. You will now be in the custody of Konoha. Your village can either pay for your freedom or you can regain it though indentured service to the village. Until that time, you will be imprisoned until your judgement is made. To be fair, I will allow a trial for you to prove your innocence. If you allow yourself to be detained quietly, I will use that as a mitigating factor in judging your sentence. If you attack, i will use that as an aggravating factor as well as have everyone one here strike you down to near unconsciousness. Are these conditions understood?" Yumi asked, though the with the body language he now had and ferocity his hazel eyes now looked upon the woman, the option to leave had been squandered away. One cannot say, that Yumi did not give the young woman a chance... now it was time to reap the consequences of her actions.

Michael smiled beneath his armor as Yumi said she was now a prisoner of Konoha. Stomping his right foot the ground began to rise at a rapid pace and formed a cage over the girl. Keeping the Jinton in his hand he spoke up again."You had your chance to leave but you did not heed the multiple warnin's we gave you. Now if you try anymore funny buisiness I will subdue you and it will not be pretty." As he said this the stones from underneath him and began to circle him in a protective barrier and his body began to change into a more dragonestic shape. His armor began to melt away only to become his true form. An Earth Dragon

Gin did not like the fact that she was relying a lot on this jutsu. She frowned as she was getting attacked. She was disappointed but then heard a voice ring in her head, 'Gin ! It's time to go...' The voice disappears. "Yes. It is time..." Gin knew that voice and was always happy to hear it. She continued her focus to the people around.
Quickly realizing she was being trapped in a cage she knew she would have to use the move one last time. She calculated everything in her head and settled. 'Time to put in motion.' She held up the bird seal on last time, seeing herself 26 feet in front of them, she disappears then reappears where she saw herself. Quickly and easily making her simple hand signs a dome began to form around Gin with her last glimpse at the guy with the wings.
She couldn't see outside the walls, but to keep this done up was the major part in her plan. She need concentration. She sat on the floor pushing her chakra out to the thick domes. She then made two other hand signs as two look a likes of Gin formed in front of her. One of them was made out lava but still took shape and look of her. The other was just a duplicate to make it seem as if that was the real one. Gin was quickly using more chakra then she had planned but what are you gonna do ? All three stood, the clones knowing the plan.
Gin smiled just thinking of the wonders of heat she could have done in the village. Making one last hand sign she dove into the ground and swam away without a trace. The earth dome tumbled and fell with the two clones sitting crossed legged looking at the village people.

Michael saw her escape due to his sharingan and then felt her begin to swim away. Concentrating on the area she was moving towards he smiled a toothy grin and said. "Nice try girl but you are not escapin' that easily." He performed the shadow clone jutsu and had the two clones launch a fireball jutsu at the clones and he just raised his right claw. The ground which she was entering began to raise itself out of the ground and he began moving it towards him. There was no escape this time, the ground was to tightly packed for her to even move her arms to perform a hand sign. As the earth appeared beside him, just out of her tenticles reach he looked up towards his hokage and asked. "Are you sure you just want her subdued, my lord? Or should I end her life now with this?" He held up the Jinton cube as he said this and prepared to launch unless otherwise told.

(( Hey I can't really respond because I don't know where exactly she went to XD When you said Gin went behind "them", given how many people are at the gates that can lead to a variety of directions ^^;. As, going behind Yumi...well there are no walls seeing as he is behind Gin who was looking at the closed gates.
Also can we have soe form of posting order? Can't keep up with posts or adequate responses if posts fire out rapid style.))
"Ugh, always a one man show," Shikayumi thought as Michael took quick control over the events at the gates. Given the go ahead to capture Gin at all cost Shikayumi's shadow snapped inward, like tension on a fishline, allowing it to reach its destination quicker. At this point Shikayumi would remain as fallback support for Michael in case Gin slipped through his fingers.
