OLD Caption Contests

There's no voting. The person who chooses the image for the caption is the one who decides on the winners.

True, with the mule accounts taken into account, but I didn't hear Kennedy complain about people messing with his poll like that. (I think he just got bored and didn't have the funds to reward the winners anymore.)

And as for the person(s) posting the picture(s)...they could play favorites. Either way it's a double-sided sword.

Oh well. Captions aren't my thing anyways, I thought it would be worthwhile to try to establish a system though.
