Wow... That's actually a tough one. Nemesis is an all time cool guy. But Birkin was just so disturbing and had so many transformations that... It's so cool... Bah

My vote goes to Nemesis though.

in other words birkin 1 sucked

nemesis 3 vs birkin 2 - nemesis
birkin 2 was just like one but with claws instead of a pole
nemesis 1 vs birkin 3 - birkin
nemesis 2 vs birkin 3 - hard to decide
nemesis 3 vs birkin 3 - same as above
birkin would proberly beat the first one because of birkins new found 4 claws
nemesis 1 vs birkin 4 - birkin
nemesis 2 vs birkin 4 - birkin
nemesis 3 vs birkin 4 - birkin
birkin is super fast in his fourth form might be to much for ol nemi as much as i like him
nemesis 1 vs birkin 5 - birkin
nemesis 2 vs birkin 5 - draw possibly
nemesis 3 vs birkin 5 - nemesis
nemesis would proberly be swallowed by this one in form one because he has to get close to do damage however form 2 has his tentacles to far reach attacks but he might be screwed if backed into a corner. now 3 they are both blobs however nemesis can spit painful acid which would possibly kill birkin quickly

this is what i think each form would do to each other

it was hard to decide for me also but i went with birkin mainly because he had more transformations and i think he was harder to kill than nemesis but it was pretty hard to decide for me
