Nah, I bet Gaia have caused many, many people to fail their exams already, so they've probably got a pretty good set of lawyers to defend themselves with.
But your GCSEs are in like April or something so you've got plenty of time to have fun. Just remember to catch up on your studies during the impending weeks of doom. You'll be alright. wink
