((Don't anger the moderators...))
She then sighed, shaking her head and going back to her studies, trusting Ophelia to do the chores correctly so that she can leave the house. That was part of their agreement, she supposed.
Sighing, she closed the textbook she was reading, closing her eyes as she rubbed her forehead; an oncoming headache looming closer. "It's such a long day today..." She mumbled softly, standing up and stretching her arms. "I think I'll get a study snack."

Ophelia blew up dust as she zoomed about the house, beginning her chores her own way, by collecting all unclean clothes and bringing them to the laundry room. Which wasn't as easy as she'd first thought.
Upon entering Sora's room she had to stop to admire the way the g_rl threw her clothes randomly about the room as if in a mad rampage, and then had to excavate to find them all, Chun and Madison's room's were easy, Chun's were all in the hamper by the door, and Maddie's had been laid out and organized in chronological washing order, starting with the rankest of the darks, her kendo sweats, which Ophelia handled using a pencil hooked around the waistbands. The last, and most definitely the worst, was Nina's, a colossal pile of clothes, reaching the sealing, all piled up in the corner, with hide-holes along the sides of which Ophelia really didn't want to think about.
It took, maybe, 6-7 trips to cart all the clothes down, at least 5 of those being Nina's crap, and into the laundry room.
"Her bedroom looks so... empty now." she said, grinning as she carted out the last mound of Nina's threads.
Then to the laundry. Lights and darks sorted. She couldn't wait for the hell after all of the laundry was done, imagine hallowe'en but with everyone's candy mixed together. Who would be able to say whose was what? It would be... like a battle. The thought excited Ophelia.
She tossed in the first load of darks, which she always did first because they smelled the worst, and poured in at least a quarter of the box of detergent, chucked in two bounty balls, and had to sit on the lid to close it, then turned it on for 40 minutes. And went off, down the hall, to find Maddie, and bug her or something until that load was done.

Madison closed the book she studying, chewing on a carrot stick thoughtfully, when she heard the familiar rushing footsteps of Ophelia coming towards her top speed. She looked up, pushing back a strand of hair just as the girl got to her door, and raised an eyebrow. "You're zooming through these chores. Anything explode yet?" She asked the dark haired girl softly, smiling a little.
She hoped that Ophelia hadn't overloaded the washing machine, because then it might breakdown or something, and she really didn't want to call the repair man so early in the year. He had come many a time last year because of busted pipes, broken floor boards, crashed down WALLS...
Sora having her temper tantrums...

"Hay..." she grunted. "I have exploded anything! Whaddya think I am??"
Ophelia plopped down on the floor beside Madison.
"I'm just taking my break. Laundry's a pain in the bum, you know... I'm not going any of the other chores you said..."
She tilted her face upwards towards the shorter, yet far wiser g_rl, giving her the 'you-don't-own-me' look.

(( Still waiting. This is getting terribly boring.
And seeing as how I'm older than everyone in the guild, to my knowledge, I'd say I've been around while you were still in diapers, kiddo. ))
[Aww, but you only moved up to big-boy undies last week.]

Madison looked at her, giving her a small smile. "I didn't really think you woudl; I can dream can't I?" She said, then sighed, opening a book as she flipped to a new chapter. "I don't think you should have too long a break, because the washer does sometimes leak water; so I'd watch it after about...fifteen minutes of rest. Those rooms are messy aren't they?" She said, looking at the younger girl. "I go through it every week; I don't mind though. I'd just like it if Sora and Nina would...Tidy up a little. You as well; you're not as bad as those two, but you could deffinatly be better."

((Look! Posting!^^))
Chun walked out of the class, a little worried. She hadn't seen Sora or Ophelia during all her classes, or in the halls. It wasn't that it would distract her from her classwork, but actually the exact opposite. Without the two pulling their antics and adding some spice to her life, Chun feared her life would become the same dull old routine it had been for most of her life.
She turned in a half circle, hugging her papers to her chest. There, in the corner, a flash of blonde hair..."Sora!" She called out halfheartedly, unwilling to make a fuss with others around.

[Criminy.]
Ophelia folded her arms across her chest, apalled at the mention of her living quarters.
"For your big fat information, I atleast a ttempt to use the laundry hamper at the edge of my bed, sorry if I don't colour co=ordinate my crap."
She stopped, thinking over what she'd just said, maybe it was a little... rude? Madison had been, and allways before then, spoken politely to her, and not very angrily, even though no one else ever spared Ophelia the lectures. Teachers, supervisors, people of authority, she got smack from all of them, but never, in Ophelia's memory, could she remeber a harsh scolding dealt to her by Maddie. Atleast, not unless Maddie was in one of her... moods... best to avoid her then.
"Uhm... yeah." Ophelia started up again, after a long silence. "You really go into our bedrooms and tidy up? I never would, not without someone holding a gun to me head would I handle Nina's socks."

Madison smiled at her softly then, nodding. "Yes; her room is quite the mess." She said, looking to the side a little. "But I do go and clean up all the rooms as best as I can, while keeping your things in the places you like them to be. It's just part of my responsibilities." She then looked up as she heard a buzzer sound off, then looked over at Ophelia.
"I believe, Ophelia, that your laundry is done, right?" She said, looking at her curiously. "Would you mind taking it out and putting in the new load?"

"Do I have to hang it out on the line?"

Madison nodded, looking at the girl with soft eyes. "If you would be so kind to, Ophelia; it doesn't take too long, don't worry." She closed her book then, putting everything to the side and stretched her arms over her head. "You can just hang them up; I'll do the rest because I need to get up now anyhow. Then you can leave."
